My sweet friends came in this morning to get her mobile order only to discover that the mobile app wasn’t working for her. She placed the order with the young man at the speaker and then drove up to receive her order and pay the woman at the Window proceeded to give her the order. My friend asked for a couple of straws and the woman at the window went off on her about how she wasn’t going to give her a straw and how rude she’s been to everybody, and my friend just sat there in silence. Her mother recently passed, her father is in hospice services, and she just recently had dental implants and needed a straw to drink her coffee. I’m not sure where we are in this world where we take out our frustrations on our drive-through guest.

I stopped before noon for a chocolate coconut donut, my favorite. I went inside and no one was at the register, there were 4 people working behind the counter. After a few minutes a woman came to the register, but she was making change. She said someone would help me shortly and she left. A few minutes more and a girl came out from the back and was straightening things in the sales area. Another minute or so and the first woman came and made change again. I finally left, I guess if I was lazy and went to the drive thru, they would have waited on me.

This Dunkins has the best staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Their manager Diana is great! My order was perfect and was taken care of efficiently and correctly. I will definitely be back!
