This store can not keep up with the rush. Normally decent food but we came here on a night where apparently everything was going wrong for them. There was no chips and the manager refused to give a refund, and they made an excuse and said he didnt understand English very well. We waited forever (well over 30 minutes) just for the food to come out, and for even longer to wait to talk to the manager, who ended up doing absolutely nothing, they didn’t even offer compensation. All he did was throw up his hands and walk away. Approximately 20 minutes later, he showed back up and started preparing what looked like another batch of chips, but at that point we were done waiting, and just left, with no compensation, and no refund. Chipotle please fire this manager, and make sure he never works in the customer service industry again. Another complaint I have is about the cleanliness of the area where the food was being prepared. There were food scraps everywhere, trash all over the floor, and an overfilled trashcan next to the cash register.I hope the $6’s was worth it. We will never be coming to this location again.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location was an absolute disaster. I ordered a bowl and—no joke—a dead bug’s body part came out of it. When I pointed it out, the manager looked me straight in the eye and said, “That’s just rice.”
Since when does rice have claws?
Instead of offering an apology or refund, he refused to take responsibility and just told us to get another bowl. We tried to stay calm and work out a polite compromise, but he started raising his voice and saying no pictures. There were other employees and customers but he kept his stand.
No apology. No professionalism. Just a manager who clearly doesn’t care about customer service, or basic food sanity. This location is a mess, and so is the management.
We still like Chipotle as a brand—but this particular store? Never again.

The staff are friendly and the food look the same compare to the one I had three years ago. It’s been a while since I had Chipotle. Recommend this place. Hope to have a better and more of the portion size.
Update on 9/6/23:
I don’t know why there are a few female staff and gentlemen start to have those shaky hands which results the less proportion. I simply don’t like it and I don’t encourage them to do this. The last photo is the latest portion size which is not good. I assume they do not have stage 2 parkinson.

Got refuse to service due to ask for a larger portion and the latino raceism aas really didn’t care me at all. They almost gave me the wrong ingredient when I asked for sourcream. After that another male came out again and told me to “go somewhere else, we refuse to serve you.”
This is completely outrageous and lunatic.

This is the worst spot to get food. The worker gave me lest than half of a scoop of rice. He also barely put any meat and he also charged me with double meat. I’m never coming back ever to this place.

UPDATE: tried eating here again and they were out of the hot chicken, the employee said it would take about 10 minutes so we decided to wait then 15 minutes later we asked for an update and he said 3 more minutes. We ended up leaving after waiting for 20+ minutes because the chicken was never ready, they ran out of white rice, veggies and guacamole. Extremely annoying experience and will not return to this location.
As with other reviews, the portion sizes are extremely small. I ate my entire bowl and was still hungry which has never been my experience at chiptole. Additionally service was really slow.

The first time I went to this chipotle, they did a really good job. They were very busy and working very fast however, I just went in today and got a salad. The salad lettuce is very wilted and brown, and as they were filling my bowl, they were not putting much in at all. I was gonna let it go until I got home and realized they gave me about three drops of the salad dressing. I’m gonna eat my chipotle, but I am sad.

I went here yesterday and waiting at the bar for for over five minutes before someone said anything to me, and the girl who finally helped me was rude and unkind. Hire people who know how to speak to others without disdain. And if there is some issue going on, maybe inform the customer and say “hey we will be with you as soon as possible” or something. Basic common sense. Also portions were small.

Update: I made the below review 2 months ago and I went back today, hoping for change. This location is still disgusting. Every single table is covered in food, as is the food counter and the check out area. I just left without food, it’s ridiculous, I want to feel confident that my food is going to be properly handled and safe to eat. If they can’t keep the dining room clean I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Where’s the concern for cleanliness? If I had ever left tables dirty like that in the food service job I worked at, I would’ve been eventually fired.
Original review: This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever seen. I have been here once before and it was gross, but I figured maybe it was a bad day. NOPE! This is apparently standard. The employee side of the counter is disgusting, guac, beans, rice everywhere! When they wrap your burrito they get whatever is on the counter all over the foil. Even the checkout area is unacceptable, beans, cheese, and lettuce all over. I didn’t even have guac in my order and the top of my burrito bowl was smeared in guac and whatever else. Ick.
There were two people in front of me, one was getting checked out the other was waiting to order. It took so long to check the first guy out that the second left. With no one in front of me it still took 5-6 minutes to get my order made and paid for. It wasn’t busy and they were fully stocked up front.
Staff looks miserable and isn’t friendly. There was a used glove on the floor that the employees just kept waking over.

A few pieces of steak and lettuce tasted like cleaning product was mixed in. I ordered a bowl, and I guess the good part is they added very little amount of steak and lettuce to begin with? Due to the contamination, I had to toss the bowl. It’s unfortunate because we visit Chipotle once a week, just moved into this city, and was hoping to visit this location more frequently.

Without trying to be too descriptive, there’s a woman who works here that’s very short and on the heavier side. When she would reach across to the further away food items to add to my meal, she repeatedly drug her upper body through my food. I understand that in the food service industry other people will touch your meal, but to drag your chest across my plate repeatedly is unacceptable.
