I haven’t had Subway in 4 or 5 years & it’ll be at least that long again until I return. My 6in sandwich was $17! That is Way too much. Like are there tariffs on these sandwiches? Are they made in Italy? I almost told them to keep it but I didn’t want to be rude.

So we had a delivery order. They messed up my sandwich completely. We tried to call the store 3 times in hopes of them remaking and we go pick up the right sandwich and the phone rang and rang and each time they picked up and hung up. Wife finally got them to answer and then they denied even having that order. The address to the store and phone were correct, we had the right store. Wife ended up going back to the store and had them remake a completely new sandwich. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Do better!

A friend and I went to this Location on Saturday, the 17th of January, there was one customer ahead of us. And it was 1:45 in the afternoon. We ordered our sandwich, which was OK then noticed the lettuce container. It had old dried lettuce stuck, to the container and lettuce was wilting, and that’s not acceptable.We wanted to get cookies, but the cookie case was empty on the back counter set 2. Sheets of cookies, but, we’re told could not have any because they were still warm. I’ve never been to this store where the cookie display was not full. There were only two people working, which didn’t seem to really be that enthusiastic. Such a shame I get hungry for their sandwiches. But tend to go to other stores because of this. This location is so nice because of the large eating area and the nice windows in the restaurant which gives a lot of light.

I like this Location, one of the best subway restaurants i been around to be honest. Food is fresh and good quality inside the location looks clean. And friendly staff during week days. Only thing i see wrong with this location is that they run out of bread very quick. Maybe their supervisors need to keep an eye on that. Other than that place is good and i enjoy eating my subway in the restaurant.

Absolutely horrendous. Service is crap and food is even worse. Staff had no idea what was going on and they only had two customers. The prices are delusional and I should of walked out without paying.

I am appalled with the awful service I received today. I ordered a meatball protein bowl with 50% extra meat on the mobile app for pick up and I received a disgusting bowl that only contained 4 COLD meatballs, which isn’t even the normal amount of meat for a bowl, let alone the extra I PAID for. Not to mention the person behind the counter barely said two words to me during our interaction.
I guess I’m going to need to start tearing open my bag and checking my food right at the counter, had I caught this at the restaurant and not at home, I absolutely would have made the person remake it with me standing there. 0/10 do not recommend

It’s pretty simple when a customer asks if you have some pressure spinach because the stuff in your tray is soggy rolled up and just nasty looking. Don’t say no drag your butt back to the back and get some fresh stuff. I know you have it I was just playing being lazy just like the fact that every single table is filthy And I had to wipe it off myself. Maybe if the lady would take more pride in herself, the product she serves in the store she works at you’d be busier also, why is the Turkey bacon sandwich gone?

5 stars for the hardworking employee today, 2 stars for the store itself (it wasn’t dirty or anything, just poorly staffed). Appears that she was the only person working the shift and doing her best to keep the customers happy.
