My wife is a lifelong vegetarian. She specifically requests vegetarian turkey and normally has no issue. Our latest visit, she gets home and eats half of her sandwich before realizing it’s actually real meat. This isn’t a simple ‘preference’ that can be overlooked and It should be treated as seriously as an allergy. Never coming back to this capriottis.

I love the Bobby with extra cranberry sauce and a cup of it on the side too. I could eat it daily for a month except the prices are $16 a sandwich with no drink. Great staff great food clean inside locations all over vegas so check one out soon, delicious !

I dined in and got a balsamic salad. The salad was was slimy and the chicken was mushy and partially frozen. Really terrible quality. I messaged customer support online. They never responded to me. After a week, I sent another message. They still haven’t responded. The ticket was received NINE days ago. Totally ghosted me.
Truly sad because Capriotti’s used to be top-tier quality, and it’s clear that in recent years they’ve really let the quality of their product degrade. Meanwhile, charging more for their customers. Really sad.

I’ve maybe sent one meal in my life back. When I went back to complain on employees actually said it best. “Man our guy did you dirty, that’s literally a pinch”. Perfectly worded by their own employee.
The young man that made the sandwich (whom I tipped by the way) said that’s how he was taught to make it and that’s it. I told them I just thought I’d let them know and that was that.
Meanwhile my sons tuna sandwich looked like it weighed a metric ton.
Truthfully he’s growing and I can do without the calories lol but seriously it was an embarrassment to Capriotti’s.

My co worker and I go here weekly and get Wagyu cheesesteak. This time, I got very little meat on the sandwich and it was highly disappointing what I did get. It is like half the meat and didn’t come close to filling out the bread.
