Extremely clean and cute establishment, and I felt so immediately welcomed by the woman at the counter. The shrimp tostada (one of the items she recommended) was my favorite- looking forward to trying more next time.

The ceviche is really good, but it was a little too limey for my taste. I got the salgar with rice, a soursop smoothie, and a little bag of plantains. Wasn’t a huge fan of the smoothie or plantains, but they weren’t objectively bad.

Also, the service was amazing and the decor is a beautiful, beachy vibe. The music and atmosphere were great in there as well, so I’ll definitely be back.

One suggestion – maybe make the WiFi open access so guests can easily join or create a simple password if you want it more secure.

We were craving something fresh, the palmera and the perla ceviche were fresh and delish. The tamal is huge and the chipotle shrimp had good flavor! The service was perfect! And the decor, was is really pretty. We will definitely return.

I decided to try this place based on its great ratings. Here’s my honest experience:

1. I visited on a Tuesday evening. According to their website, the taco lunch set should be $7.99, but I was charged $9.99. The menu also stated that they offer all-day lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays, but when I asked about it, the staff seemed unaware and told me lunch was only served until 3 PM—despite it being listed on both their website and even on their wall.

2. I ordered the octopus ceviche, the most expensive one, because I love octopus and was willing to splurge. However, when my order arrived, the server informed me they had run out of octopus and gave me extra fish and shrimp instead. I really wish they had told me before preparing my meal, as I would have chosen something else. What I wanted was octopus ceviche, not just more fish and shrimp. I also paid an extra $1.80 for mango, but the portion didn’t seem worth it.

The restaurant itself is beautiful—clean, unique, and with a great ambiance. The staff was friendly, but the miscommunication about menu pricing and ingredient availability was frustrating. The food was good, but based on my experience, I’m giving it 3 stars.

Went on my lunch break since the place was close. Gotta say, the older woman working the front was super sweet and the food was delicious. It was a great find as I’m trying to stick to my diet and stay low carb. The shrimp w/ octopus and avocado salad was definitively a refreshing mix up from my usual lunch meal. When things taste really good with high protein. Of course ceviche here is amazing, but they also have other great choices. You just want to come back. But if you want, their cheese bread is amazing!!! Being a small hole in a wall store, I had my expectation low, but honestly, they delivered well all three times I went. The only negative comment I can think of is that one time I came exactly at 11AM, and they were not still open. I was surprised though cause I thought somebody would be food prepping before, but I guess they do all of their prep way before? Anyways, they saw me outside the restaurant and we were served very promptly.

Came in after seeing glowing reviews and I was very happy with the choice! I ordered the tres perlas with tostadas. The shrimp, fish and octopus was fresh and the texture was just how I like it. Food came with their home made hot sauce that added a nice flavor.

The staff was very sweet and attentive; would come again just to try other things on the menu.

My husband and I found this place as we were driving back home one day, and since I love ceviche we decided to give it a try. The service was lovely, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious. I had a #5 while my husband had a #3 and we loved both dishes equally. I also highly recommend the agua de mango. It was perfect to pair with the food in my opinion. If we’re ever passing through this area again, we’re certainly stopping by.
