I stopped by to get a quick bite. Their bagels are really good and they have a lot of vegetarian options. So, this place is vegetarian friendly too. Their service was fast and good. You can make use of their wifi if you wish to stay connected to the internet while having a bite.

My fiancée and I love the food here. The staff has always been amazing however on 8/31/2025 one employee Heather was outwardly rude to customers. She rolled her eyes at customers walking in and gave attitude to us when we ordered an item that was low quality available and they didn’t have enough to fill the order. This experience was extremely out of the ordinary for our us and if it had been our first time in might have dictated if we would ever return.

First time having time their breakfast and I have to say my sandwich was actually good. I went basic and got the sausage and one egg on a asiago bagel. The bagel wasn’t hitting like i expected, I feel like it should have been more flavorful. I wish I would have read about the hash brown before i brought it because I would have never purchased it. I didn’t understand it nor liked it. I thought I was getting hash rounds like burger or something but instead it was like a chunk of unpleasant tbh. I’m judging it because it’s not what i’m used to but I will get another sandwich from them. I recommend this location.

I went in at 630 am today 12/ 21 to get bagels for my family. I asked for 2 cinnamon raisin bagels , not toasted with cream cheese and a dozen bagels with everything bagels in a separate bag. The woman doing the orders was busy . She put an order up with 3 toasted cinnamon raisin bagels and a dozen bagels in one carrier. That was not what I ordered so I did not think it was mine. After waiting a while longer I tried to clarify if the order was mine. She initially ignored me , then said” Can you see that I am busy” and when I asked one more time said “you can wait” . I tried to cancel the order and get my money back but paid through the app and the cashier did not know how to do the refund. I was shocked at how rude this woman was. I have been at this store many times and have always been treated courteously but after this experience will likely not be coming back.

The friendly greeting by Denise the minute that I walked in the door was very genuine and inviting! Professionally, Denise discussed vegetarian options with me and went above and beyond to voluntarily fill my HydroFlask with ice and water on a 90° day!

I eat breakfast here many morning out of the week. Pro tip, always order though app so you can get free coffee. Don’t get something uber complicated. Make sure you eat it fresh.

The food is always great. Most of the employees are wonderful. I had an interaction with an employee today that absolutely surprised me. She asked my order and I said it. I then moved over to the register to pay. I am a regular that comes in at least once a week and my order is the same every time. First she asked about my order and I answered. She told me that I had an attitude which I responded that I did not. Now what I did give off was that I really did not want her to make my order because she has made it wrong in the past a couple of times. After paying for my order, I noticed that one of the 2 bagels I ordered did not have cream cheese on it which I paid for so I asked for it on the side. She proceeded to tell me that she wanted to hurry up so I could get out of her face. I was the only customer at the time and it was her and two other employees. I pay for everything I order and TIP every time I come in so I could not believe her blatant disrespect. After I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager which I knew was a lie, I asked for corporate and she told me to go on the website. So we argued and cussed each other out. Her friend is the manager so I know there will be no repercussions of any kind for her. What I will say is that I have NEVER had an issue except with her and I do not appreciate being talked to that way. I kept my cool and composure until she told me she was trying to get her out of her face!! Who are you to talk to anyone like that. I enjoy the bagels and I will continue to patronize the company. This particular individual is a disgusting representation of your store. PERIOD!!
