I was nervous because the reviews were bad! But my experience was perfect. I put my order in on my phone, and I was able to use my reward with no problem. My order was ready in like 15 minutes so super quick . my food tasted hot and fresh. Also was very clean in there.

I’ll say I’m use to the food at BWW which is pretty good most of the time but what I will say is that the service and friendliness I received from Kareema at this location is top notch! The way she serves and treats not only me but other customers feels like she has personal ownership in the restaurant similar to being like a mom and pop restaurant! I had a wonderful experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings go location in Sandy Springs. Karima the General Manager made sure we had everything we needed! I placed a large order of 100 wings and she was on top of it! The wings were still hot, made fresh, and clearly labeled. She even included paper wing baskets, plenty of celery carrots , ranch , blue cheese and utensils. She truly went above and beyond to make everything stress free. I will be back!

I just tried the Buffalo Wild Wings GO cheeseburger, and honestly, it was one of the worst cheeseburgers I’ve ever tasted. The patty was extremely salty and oily to the point that it almost made me puke. I love cheeseburgers, and I’ve eaten them from all kinds of places, but this one was the worst of the worst. It was dripping with grease, overwhelming to the taste, and completely unappetizing. Definitely not worth the price or the calories.
On the bright side, their chicken wings were decent—but if I’m being real, Popeyes still does it way better in terms of flavor and quality.
Overall, absolutely not recommended, especially the cheeseburger. I won’t be ordering that again.

They were incredibly welcoming and made sure that every guest felt valued. I had a small issue with my order, and they went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
