We stopped by this Smoothie King store location while we were on this side of town. It’s conveniently located on Forest drive and right outside the Fort Jackson Army base main gate. They are located in a small shopping plaza which did have limited customer parking.
We decided to visit them to get a smoothie just to hold us over. Upon entering I noticed it’s a very small space, and there was customers waiting. Apparently they get alot of online orders, because it took like 7 minutes before one of the three employees asked for my order. I also noticed that they stay so busy that unlike many other locations, none of the staff were greeting their customers when they entered.
Now on a good note…this franchise is always a very reliable and affordable option!!!

Told them about two dead roaches in the lobby, and as I wait here for over 30 minutes for my drink, the roaches have now became my friends because they still have not been removed. When I told the cashier, she brushed it off. I am a soldier so its added protein, but for regular folks, they may not be so understanding. Tighten up team.

I went for the first time to try and smoothie with my husband and I saw all the lids of the blender stacked and they were so filthy that I couldn’t purchase anything. The lid of the bender needs to be washed too very throughly.

I LOVE SMOOTHIE KING! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE! I’M A SMOOTHIE GIRL AND I’M A HEALTHY GIRL. THIS IS PERFECT FOR ME. I have nothing but good things to say about Smoothie King. I’ve been to all of them in Columbia, SC where I live. I go to the Forest Drive location and the downtown location the most because their closest to me. I’ve been a LOYAL, REOCCURRING CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS. I have a 5 year old son and my baby loves smoothies too. I love the menu, the different options, lots of supplements and etc. There is definitely something for everybody here. I have certain ones that I get. The vegan mixed berry, peanut power plus, angel food and a few more. I drink smoothies for breakfast and lunch as meals because I’m always on the go with my son. If I have an issue, the employee fixes it. I love that. I’ve seen many employees over the years and the smoothie shop has been the same. Good quality, good pricing. Smoothies are apart of my life and they help me on my healthy girl journey. Thank you Smoothie King for creating smoothies with a purpose for healthy people like me! Definitely 10/10!
