Customer Service is dead here at the Dominos in Glendora, NJ. They offer a thin crust pizza on their menu…it is the ONLY pizza that they default to a “square cut.” They do, however, offer the choice of the pizza being “pie cut.” The pie cut is my preference because the crust is the best part of a pizza. By square cutting the pizza, it makes for 70% of the pizza having no crust at all.
I always make sure the “pie cut ” is chosen and in the delivery instructions, I always type in capital letters, ‘THE THIN CRUST MUST BE PIE CUT.” Tonight, ONCE AGAIN, they cut the pizza into squares. I called to have a replacement pizza made, but they refused to do so. It was explained that changing the cut does not change the taste of the pie. While that may be, it completely changed my dinner experience, as I basically don’t have a crust on most of the pizza. I was offered a credit for the next time we order. Believe me, it will be a LOOOOOONG TIME before we ever order again.
I don’t get how you offer your customers the choice of cut, but tell them “eat it anyway” when it is THEIR error. Why give a choice? Just make everything pie cut and this issue goes away. Or, be prepared to FIX YOUR MISTAKES. We’ll be ordering elsewhere the next time we’re in the mood for pizza.
Also, we live 4 blocks from the Domino’s, yet they managed to deliver COLD food. Just another finely honed skill of this dump.

I have the most terrible experience with this place this is the worse place to order from. I placed an online order and it came to me and my 5in1 cheese dish was burned and all the cheese was stuck to the tin, I called and spoke to the ‘General manager’ as she claims to be. She was dismissive, rude, Racist, told me she made my food like that because I am always complaining about it and since I do I deserve to have my food messed up and that they was not going to serve me as a customer this was terrible I also let her know that I will be contacting Corporate on her because I am a paying customer and noone deserves to be treated or talked to like that. I will never patronize this place again this DOMINO’S IS THE MOST IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL Place of business I have ever seen. I would not recommend this DOMINO’S to anyone I would starve before I spend my money here . The worst and most humiliating experience I’ve ever experienced. This person that portrays to be the GM Definitely needs to be professionally trained. I’m surprised they have never had any protest issues out there because their staff is HORRIBLE. They don’t deserve a 1/2 star

We ordered pizza and when we received it the box was smashed and the cheese was stuck to the box along with the pizza I simply called and told the most ignorant manager Allie that I ordered pizza and it was smashed and the cheese all came off while I was explaining to her she cuts me off and says “can I talk now. “ I than said excuse me? I’m just trying to explain why I’m calling back and that I don’t need the attitude and that if anything I should be the one aggravated. She said they are busy and that there are football games on and it’s not her problem. Well clearly it isn’t mine either so I said what is your name because you have a bad attitude she tells me her name and than HANGS UP on me !!! This is not the first time I have had a problem with this specific girl giving me attitude !! Seriously why do you have people like this working for you !!!

Tried the new stuffed crust pizza, which was excellent. We did a carryout, but ordered in the store, not ahead of time. We sat and waited for what did not seem too long to me, but the store manager thought that we waited too long and gave us a complimentary 2 ltr bottle of soda! Fabulous customer service from each employee we encountered. Would highly recommend this location!

What in the world is this???? this is completely unacceptable I have never written a review on any restaurant ever in my whole entire life but today I am. I hope that someone from Domino’s sees this because it’s not even worth the $10 credit that was given to me. Is this really supposed to be chicken Alfredo where is the Alfredo where is the chicken and are there even noodles here. Did the driver eat it on the way to my house I’m so confused appalled and upset. I pray that someone from Domino’s sees this again. i’m just going to pray that I woke up and this was a bad dream.
