Went in on my break from work, because I work up the road. I ordered a croissant with bacon egg and cheese. All I got on there was bacon????? I literally started to eat this while driving back to work, and something just didn’t seem right. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I saw no egg or cheese so what did I pay for???? I’m so tired of places just not giving a you know what anymore. No one cares about serving you politely, it seems like you’re bothering them. Isn’t that why you’re working the job you have, to perform customer service??? And if it’s that hard to read an order on the screen and make a sandwich you need to get another job.
Now I’m MAAAAADDDD I paid for not even 1/2 a sandwich and gotta go back to work.

Used to be able to park my truck in the back go in any time of the day and get a coffee and something to eat. The last 5 times I’ve been here can’t get a parking spot because of all the Amazon tractors that use this as long term parking not a quick meal stop. Oh well off to Royal Farms

Ordered a 16 oz chai tea and a 24 oz mocha iced latte through door dash and got 2 16oz chai teas, pretty pathetic. I know why this happens, unfortunately you have employees bumping the orders off the screen to avoid the timer getting to high and then trying to make the orders from memory but they dont have a good memory. Wawa used to have a standard they held themselves too. Im at work, i cant just go and get it fixed.

The BEST WAWA i ever been to.! I mainly go here at nights … I want to give a big shout out to the Team! As a warehouse employee everytime I go there is on my break or when I get out of work. So that means its Super Busy!!They understand every special order you want and believe me they will memorize your order if you are frequent customer. I love their garlic mac and cheese with a lil bit of cream cheese, side of bacon and a Oat milk Blush refreshener drink. Always delicious!!! Great people working there!!!

Food was extremely cold to the point my cheese was crumbling and falling off with every bite I took! Fries were definitely old and cold. Nothing was good except my strawberry lemonade.

You have children working the gas pumps during rush hour that scroll on their phones and do not finish pumping gas. I still don’t understand why New Jersey is the only state that requires the service button in any regard, your employees should probably put their phones down while working at the gas station

This is the worst wawa I’ve ever been to. 95% of a time they will screw up your order. If you don’t inspect your food in the parking lot, chances are that you’ll be very upset when you get home. They will make you a meatball sub without meatballs or tuna sub with turkey. Today I had this beautiful meatless Italian panini that was missing its main ingredients.
