From the time we walked in and Sierra smiled and welcomed us to Zaxby’s we knew that we were gonna have a pleasant experience. The pay plates when they came were well prepared, looked appetizing, and made us want to dig in. The food was just as good as it looked hot fresh and flavorful. When we were leaving, I asked for a member of management because all of us have complained at a restaurant for a shortcomings, but I want them to know just how well they did. This is Zaxby’s is run right it’s clean. The food is fresh. The people are friendly. Come eat you some you’ll love it.

It’s just Zaxby’s but let’s talk about it. Stopped by for dinner and saw the lobby open sign just to be thwarted by a locked door after checking the hours. Had to wait to order at the speaker and again for the food at the window but nothing too bad. Tried the new chicken philly sandwich combo and it was pretty good. Got nibblers just in case it wasn’t good but no complaints on the food.

I’m disappointed with my experiences at Zaxby’s. I’ve only been here twice, and both times there’ve been issues. The first time, my order was incorrect. This time, a month later, the order was right but the food wasn’t cooked through – half the fries and tenders were raw. That’s not what I expect. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Terrible customer service, slow, and very rude. The manager refused to provide her name and has an attitude rather than stepping up to the plate to speak with customers respectfully. Highly unprofessional. I won’t be going there ever again.

I recently visited this location using the drive-thru and they left out 1/3 of the wings. When I got home, I called and they said to come back the next day and they would be happy to give me the wings that they had forgotten, which they did. The food was good but not great and I appreciate the manager correcting the situation and admitting they made the mistake. I have visited this location several times and this is the only time they have not gotten the order correct in the drive-thru.

This is the slowest FASTFOOD restaurant in Montgomery. Waited in line for 10 mins to give them my money with only one car in front of me. Then when I get to the window I’m asked to pull up!!! No problem (another 10 to 15 min just make sure it some hot food) NOPE!!!!!!!!! I had to get out of the car walk to every door (they all was locked) so I walked to the window asking where is my food??? The girl is looking puzzled. And my food is just sitting on the counter!!! The young girl was standing/ cleaning right by my food and said I didn’t know that this bag needed to be taken out!!!! how in the hell you didn’t know to take the food out!??!?!? Very disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE AROUND 9:00 pm ………UPDATE 5-5-18 2:49 pm 5 starts I love this crew. They went the heck off!!!!!

Unfortunately this location is either horribly mismanaged or grossly understaffed, ordered two orders of wings and things, both had nearly no sauce, we requested the new fry seasoning and didn’t get it, the fries didn’t seem to have any seasoning at all (which I could understand if that was the only issue because It a new option), the drinks we ordered didn’t seem to have syrup as in they tasted like that hadn’t been refilled in a while. Overall, pretty awful experience from a location I used to frequent. Owners/managers should be doing a lot better. Shame.

The customer service was great and friendly at this location, the food was prepared fresh and it was delicious! I highly recommend this location! This is the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad with the Lite Vinaigrette. This the best fast food salad I have ever had compared to other chain of restaurants.

I was rudely asked to leave the men’s restroom by one of the managers without a valid explanation though. I know that I clearly wasn’t doing anything wrong for the record. I’m not very likely coming in to dine in again anytime soon. (And I would have washed my hands eventually after I applied chapstick for obvious reasons) I’m not going to file a formal complaint, I just wanted to make a statement and leave it at that. End of Story.
