First of all the employee(I believe her name was Jae) was a sweetheart and makes you feel very welcomed.
The Food was fresh, the fries were hot and perfectly salted, and I was even offered a free Crown for my niece at home.
10/10 will definitely be back.

28 minute wait stuck in the drive thru. (that’s not a guess. Actual 28 minutes!). I called the store asking why it was taking so long and was met with a very rude employee telling me that DoorDash orders take priority. Absolute garbage service and employees. Never again

The good: The woman who took our order was patient as my family figured out what we wanted and told us about a local offer that saved us several dollars. Most of the food was hot and tasty.
The bad: My husband and sons said the men’s room was disgusting. We could only find one clean table. The workers completely missed my son’s requests for his burger toppings. I’m sure they would have made it right, but sadly, we didn’t discover the error until we were back on the road.

I just left this location and ordered chicken fries with a side of fries at 12:20. I’m a student with only so much time for lunch. I open my fries and there is small hairs in the fries. I obviously won’t be eating those and don’t have time to go back to Burger King as again I am a student on a small lunch break. I called the location she was nice at first then says I can bring the food back so I told her I can’t I was on my small lunch break. She then acted like she didn’t believe me and was very rude telling me to bring the food back. Clearly she didn’t understand what a small lunch break is as a student. She was very disrespectful when at first I didn’t care about my refund I just simply wanted to let her know that she may want to make sure people are wearing the correct coverage or to change the fry basket so others don’t have this experience. Her tone of voice as a manager at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. She’s also the one who implied I could get a refund but states I can’t unless I show the food. Here is the picture.

We never go to BK anymore. Gave them a chance in the AM. The tables were dirty. There was no workers to be seen. When they did appear, it was just two people. One worker mentioned being there from morning shift until 10 pm for her shift. Could gage they are short staffed, which is why they didn’t clean the lobby yet. Felt bad, but also felt gross, not because of the workers per say, but the idea of if they are short staffed, how much is being looked over?

I ordered 1 thing. A southwestern whopper with no lettuce. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, though there was only 1 car in front of me. They were gone within 5 of those minutes. I got home, and of course there was old gross lettuce on my whopper. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t eat here.

I decided to try this location again… it is absolutely dirty. The floors are slippery from grease and littered with trash. the window sills are littered with dead bugs, windows have hand prints/smudges from who knows how long. Painters tape left from some called “remodel”.
Straw bins empty, ketchup empty, napkins, empty.
This place absolutely needs help.
