Service was great, the women who took my order was nice & polite. The atmosphere/vibe was great, positive and welcoming no issues on that part. I ordered 6 Birirra tacos and the broth, 3 out of 6 were almost full of fat will little meat, or the meat and fat were combined, there were also rough pieces of bones or cartilage. I know some people like that but it’s a very hard pass for me, they did offer me my 4 tacos back or a discounted refund. It’s 10 degrees out and I don’t have a vehicle will try again maybe not Birirra though

If you want authentic Mexican food go here. It is so delicious and the amount of food so worth it for the very reasonable price. The waitress was so friendly and accommodating. I cant wait to go back.

I ordered on DoorDash for dinner. I ordered the steak taco dinner, Mexican style. The rice was just ok but the beans were v tasty and savory. The meat in the taco was v tender and there was quite a hefty a portion in each taco. I was so excited for a juicy limón! I had enough juice to squeeze on my tacos and guacamole. There is something so dang good about the grilled cebollitas :). I liked that they actually had a lil seasoning in them. The guacamole was v fresh and I liked the chunky texture. It just could have used some salt. The chips were just ok for me, they were not my preferred style of chip. The horchata was watery, bland and had a chalky mouth feel.
I would most definitely order the guacamole and tacos again!

I had the compadres carne asada and it was delicious!! My wife had a caldo de res and the meat was tender and delicious!! Food is always delicious, it is worth the drive from Illinois.

The food is good but on the item I ordered need it more meat one piece of chicken Milanese one pork chop and little piece of arrachera with most the molcajete was full of frijoles charros and the salsas nice color but a little heat would be nice it’s not bad but it could be better the molcajete and salsas the waiter service was good

20 tacos came with big cups of salsa, their delicious grilled onions and limes. I ordered additionally rice and guac and it came to a total of $105, which isn’t too bad for feeding 7 people! Heads up though, they charge a fee to use your credit card, so better to come with cash!
The tacos al Pastor were incredible, but I was really disappointed by the lengua; I’ve had is where it’s very tender, but this had more a consistency of fatty, rubbery tripe. Still 5/5 stars, everything else was on point!

It took 18 months, but we found our place. From the chicken noodle soup, pico, salsas and chips that were delivered before we ordered to our margaritas made it a great experience from start to finish.
Get the single parradilla and share it. You will have leftovers for days!

I Oder chicken soup from there I called and said there no chicken in the soup no meat at all it was just vegetables I called in to let them know I didn’t order a vegetable soup and the person was rude and hung up the phone on me
