I wish Chipotle would be more consistent. Had my daughter pick up chips and queso for me. Looks like someone put ten chips in a bag. Disappointing.

My fiance and I are big Chipotle fans but the ones by us (we are from NE Ohio) have all been extremely disappointing. Not so at this Chipotle! The employees were are pleasant (no bad attitudes) and weren’t skimpy with food. We even noticed someone taking the temperatures of the food! Awesome food, awesome service!

This place is always great but my latest experience was phenomenal. I ordered a meal that was supposed to be ready at 7:10, but unfortunately, totally understandably, they ran out of sofritas right before my order was made. Good evidence of the fact that the staff is making fresh food. Normally this would’ve just been an inconvenience and I still would’ve thought nothing of it, but the manager at this establish was so kind as to offer me and my father free drinks and give me extra large portions of both chips and in my bowl. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but truly amazing service. His general kindness improved my day tremendously. Wish there was a way I could tip him, but I don’t know of any.

I’ll start by saying that the food is usually good..just close your eyes and pretend you haven’t seen how it’s made. That being said they really need to hire someone to clean this place while guests are in the restraunt or during breaks. I went tonight on a Saturday and the place was filthy, floor with food on it, straw wrappers and god knows what else. The counter where you check out was smeared with food, didn’t even look at the food containers but I’m sure they were a mess. Crazy that people see this mess and still continue to choose to eat they food.

I usually never have issues with this chipotle. Today I ordered a quesadilla via the mobile app. I get home and the quesadilla is not in the box!! To make matters worse, chipotle does not have a live person you can call and speak to with their number they have listed. I live 20 minutes away, so it’s not like I can even drive back for them to fix my order. Very disappointed.

This might sound like a lie but it’s not. I went to this Chipotle a few days ago and the employee told me that they had no meat. I left and didn’t think to much of it. Then a few days later I went to this chipotle again and they told me they had no rice. Food is good when they have it.

Finally, a Chipotle that gives portion sizes like they used to. Thank you. I would come back to this location if it was closer to my home. I think the girl who dished our food was named Mychaela, but not sure. She had a necklace with her name on it. Thank you! By the way, we’re in the top 3% of Chipotle customers according to the app and eat at Chiptole’s all over the country. Kudos!!

Food was good just took a while to get our order. The young blonde woman was taking orders and charging the customers by herself. It’s a shame none of her coworkers stopped what they were doing to help her. I hope chipotle sees this because shame on you guys. She’s a hard worker. She deserves a raise!!!!
