This breakfast spot is a must-visit! The crab dip sandwich is delicious, and the gluten free pancakes are fluffy and full of flavor. Eggs are cooked perfectly, the crispy bacon is spot on, and the baked potatoes are the best I’ve ever had. Their pastries are fresh and amazing, and the coffee and chai latte never disappoint. The staff is always so friendly, and the owner, Michele, is an absolute sweetheart who makes you feel right at home. A true gem, I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely little cafe/bakery. The sweets options were so hard to pick between and they all looked (and tasted lovely). The sandwich I ordered was also delicious but a little smaller than I might’ve hoped based on price and the coffee options was a little basic.

I live out of state but needed a thank you for a special office in Westminster that did a project for me. Starlings was recommended and I was not disappointed. From ordering, to pricing, to presentation and taste, Starlings is top notch. The office that received the baked goods absolutely loved everything!! Thanks Starlings!

Love love love this bakery! They have delicious treats and breakfast food, the coffee is good too, and I like how involved they are in the community. The staff are always very friendly. They offer so many fun classes. We’ve tried so many baked goods from snickerdoodles and we haven’t been disappointed yet.

Our local shop was closed so we set out to find a new spot. We knew Snickerdoodles so it was an easy decision to try to Starlings.
Very cute location! The staff were fantastic and very attentive. Service was quick.
They do not serve espressos. I tried their masala chai. It was very good and a bit too sweet for my taste…..but that’s on me as I didn’t say I prefer less sweetened drinks.
We ate two breakfast sandwiches and had a pastry. Everything was yummy. We’d come back.
The location is an old home and is adorable. Parking was easy and right on the street.
If we lived closer, I could see this being one of our regular coffee spots.

Pleasant surprise in Westminster! Friendly service and a cozy vibe. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel, an almond croissant, and a coffee—total came to $16.95, which felt a bit steep. The bagel itself was delicious—perfectly toasty yet soft—but the fillings were a bit skimpy, making the bread overpower the sandwich. On the flip side, the almond croissant was amazing, and the coffee was fresh, well-balanced, and just the right strength. Worth a visit, but I’d love a bit more generosity on the sandwich!”

Went today, Sat morning 3/29. Got a crab dip bagel, cinnamon twist and not pictured Apple turnover. Those 4 items cost $35, so a little pricey but can understand with the crab dip bagel. Apple turnover not pictured as the cashier forgot to box it, I called and I asked for them to credit my card as I’m 15 mins away. It was no problem for them to credit , still pending (since it was today) . Accidents happen. The crab dip bag was delicious and would return for it. The cinnamon twist was dry but tasted good.

I came in on Sat 3/22/25 and ordered the peach crumble homemade poptart and the bacon jalapeño quiche both were delicious. The staff was polite and worked hard to make sure the guests had a great experience. The atmosphere was artsy and clean. Will 100% be returning. Thanks for a lovely Saturday Starlings!

We are so happy to have another coffee and pastry place in town. Starlings offers exceptional sweets and pastries. They are still finding their stride and think it will become easier to get around inside. It can get quite crowded. Their homemade pop tarts are a real treat. I hope they’ll add some more savory options. Try them out. On our next visit, we’re going to try some of the breakfast options.

We are typically big fans of starlings for their bakery. Never a complaint there. This is the 3rd time now we have attempted to get breakfast sandwiches and been very disappointed. This is the quality of their typical breakfast sandwich.
