Was surprised that I actually liked their pizza and other foods they offer. Will definitely order again with papa John’s. I had to choose the carry option bc I live in the country and food was ready when I got there to pick up order. Loved the option to pay in cash at store for carry out.

My wife wanted to order a pizza, but 10th St couldn’t deliver so they ordered from the Fire Tower Rd location for her. When she finished, she was told it would be 2 hours (It turned into 2.5 hours) She tried to cancel the order because it would a 9pm delivery, too late for her to eat. The Fire Tower location could not be reached to cancel the order. I was stubbornly on hold for an hour before I got fed up and hung up. I will accept the pizza, but I will never use this location again. I understand being slammed and having slow delivery. I do not understand their refusal to answer their phones. This is legitimately the worst service I’ve ever had from a Papa John’s. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.

Pizza not even begun to be made upon arrival. Chaos in store, half of staff did not show for work was the reason given. Hair of staff not covered. Asked why staff person’s hair was not covered. After getting home and eating pizza, bit into a long black hair. Could it have been a coincidence or intentional. I have my opinion it is too coincidental. I have a picture but do not see an option to upload. How convenient.

Been waiting for two hours for our delivery of cheese sticks and a cheese pizza and they sent a doordasher instead of a Papa John’s driver. Who has been at the same “stop” for idek how long. Pathetic.

I order half anchovies and olives, my whole pizza was covered with it. Then on top of it the door dash driver was swing the pizza in carrier as he was walking to my door causing the pizza to be smushed in the corner and some of the toppings and cheese coming off.
The young lady I talked to was nice but was not able to remake the pizza and get it resent out.

First of all, SHAME ON THIS CORPORATION. Having only ONE employee on sight for an extended period of time may not be illegal but it’s immoral and bad for business. I placed an order at 2 pm and didn’t receive it until 3:10 pm. Obviously I understand why but that’s exactly why the company should’ve had more people come in. To those of you who called out last minute to party for halloween…unbelievable. At least call out a week in advance! It’s common courtesy. Overall, I’m proud of the woman who handled it all on her own!

Well last time I went and picked up the employees had their children on the table making pizza so I decided to do delivery this time to avoid that scene. But now I think it’s kind of ridiculous you order one pizza and are given a time over an hour away. Pay over $5 for a delivery fee plus totally my option $5 for a tip and they are still making it well past the given time. Needless to say I’m finding a new pizza place, we will never order here again.

So I ordered delivery from here tonight absolutely the worst place EVER!! For starters the delivery driver calls me to tell me she’s outside. There’s not a brook dr in winterville my address clearly says brook Lane. She sounded like she was drunk so I called the store to have my food remade and went to pick it up. Everyone in there looks like they need a drug test. Listening to other customers in the store Everyone order was messed up. I get back home to find a pizza on my porch. They will NEVER get my money AGAIN! WHATS CRAZY IS I ALWAYS GET FROM PIZZA HUT JUST WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. pizza hut please forgive me smh

What kind of pizza is this? A three inch crust and minimal toppings! How did this even leave the store? Rating changed to 3 stars as management called and made it right.
