I always have a good experience at my local DQ. However, today was different. It wasn’t only good, but it was an exceedingly well experience trying their new ICED COFFEE!!! If you haven’t tried them, I recommend the SWEETENED vanilla. Amazing job, DQ crew.. I’ll most definitely be back for more!!!

DQ biggest FAN! Ice cream and Blizzards and milkshakes are the BEST in Albany KY Love this Place! UPDATE: I got a Chicken Strip sandwich tonight it had 1 tiny Chicken Strip on it and it was almost 5$ maybe or 6$ it was a joke!

Picked up an ice cream cake for a friend’s birthday and it was excellent as always. They misspelled the birthday girls name, unfortunately, even though I spelled it on the phone but it didn’t change the taste of the cake

Ive been waiting for a while, hoping that I could give a better review, since its in my hometown. However, no matter how much waiting I do, the food will always be cold and its always nasty. I waited 8 minutes one day for a BEC biscuit. When i took a bite it was cold as ice. I dont understand. The Monticello DQ is on the ball, they literally have you in and out of line in a couple of minutes, no matter how busy they are. Guess what? Its ALWAYS good food and the order is always correct.

We walked in ordered and went to sit down most of the tables and chairs were dirty. So we cleaned our table and seats to sit. We ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and a fish plate. One of which had a long hair in it. So we requested another wasn’t a problem until the 2nd one came out it also had a hair in it. The manager didn’t even seem to care either way. Personally working in customer service for most of my life this was unacceptable I doubt we would ever return.

Halloween, almost 6 o’clock or around. There is when we went through the drive through the person taking the order was rude, is the best way I can put it. After arriving home the food was horrible. Fries were under cooked, onions rings over cooked. And all the burgers tasted like nothing.. cardboard would have had more flavor. No one want to eat food like this.
I will not be back, that’s the last 40 dollars Dairy Queen will have from me.
