If you are unable to walk in for whatever reason, just know that they completely ignore any requests for carside delivery and you will be waiting outside forever unless perhaps you call the store and they will happily bring out a receipt for you to sign, trying to bully you into leaving a tip since they had to walk outside to bring it to you. It’s a complete joke there and I will never be back. The pizza at this location is the worst I have ever tried. They never put any butter on the crust, it is always hard as a rock and inedible. And they are extremely thin. I will drive to another town to get it if I ever decide to order pizza hut again.

I waited several months before going back, hoping they finally had their act together. I spent $40 and ultimately had to throw it all in the trash. I ordered the melts this time, they were like stale crackers that crumble when you take a bite. Completely inedible. The cheese sticks were not even cut, I had to cut them myself. There was big chunks of fat all over them instead of bacon. My daughter got the pasta and forced herself to eat some of it, but she said it was disgusting. And the girl working was blasting music that was throwing out “f” bombs while I waited nearly 10 minutes for her to finally come up front and hand me my order. Then she starts giving me a sob story of how she’s working all by herself as she hands me the receipt and a pen, staring me down obviously trying to get me to give her a tip. When I didn’t, she snatched the receipt and SLAMMED it on a little pointy receipt thingy.
I definitely will not be back.

I called at 11:30 ordered a couple things which they don’t tell you they only have DoorDash to deliver. My pizza was supposed to arrive at 12:29 AM. I get a call at 12:43 from someone from DoorDash saying they don’t have a pizza bag to deliver my pizza. Pizza Hut in Brea Kentucky has went to crap you have to talk to someone overseas to make your order And then rely on DoorDash to bring it. How about just stick with the regular old pizza places that take your order then bring your food.

Aaron and his staff where very welcoming when my family and I came for dinner tonight, all 16 of us lol They was very attentive and made sure the bar stayed stocked with plenty of pizza for all of our hungry kids. We will be back!

The team that was working today at 2pm was amazing! We ordered our food at 1:45 & had it by 1:56 & it was so fresh and good!! We got the family deal with 2 pizzas , bread sticks and boneless wings. 32$ wasn’t bad at all for 3 toppings on each pizza. The wings were much bigger and higher quality than most pizza places! The bread sticks were seasoned so well! Also I haven’t had pizza huts garlic sauce in so long & it was the best in the game! My only suggestion would be to fill up the pizza dipping sauce a little more to the top , it was only half full and we were out after 2 bread sticks!’

Pizza is always well put together and cooked perfectly. This store does a great job. I’ve ordered for 2 different parties, on one of the parties I was supposed to pick up the pizzas butnwas having horrible luck that day and wouldn’t be able get them picked up before the party. I called the store and the sympathetic manager had an employee grab my pizza and run them to us immediately, saving the day!….. 5 stars all the way

The pizza itself was good, but waited forever, a guy then said “did she tell you that you can eat here” and that we weren’t allowed to eat in the dining room we were sitting at, that had tables and chairs. We came from out of town and had to go out to the parking lot to eat. Kinda sad tbh. We were the only ones there on a Friday at lunch so that should have been a sign.

This would be a good place to start a restaurant. They have a dining area with tables but no… you can’t eat here! Also no salad, and the person at the register couldn’t explain the difference between Italian and pork sausage ! I know but it was an interesting test lol. All in all this place sucks!!!! Don’t waste your time or money. The Cracker Barrel just down the street was awesome.
