Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood.
In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather.
Today this family tradition continues. It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day at all of our Miguel’s Jr. locations.

Came in for lunch got the original shredded beef burrito and a shredded chicken taco. Both were really good. My burrito was fat and it had a good amount of rice in it. It was my first time getting the shredded chicken taco and I really liked it
still prefer the shredded beef one though
My food came out pretty quick and the restaurant was really clean. I have no complaints.

Quick service, reasonably priced. I ordered the hard shell chicken taco combo. It came with a side of beans and rice & drink. I also ordered chips and chunky guacamole.

We picked up our order and we ordered the guacamole bowl. It was really good and fulfilling. We are on a calorie deficit and this was perfect. The price was good and fair. Under $10 a bowl.

Ordered a Guacamole bowl with shredded beef. No beef was added to bowl. Just a tiny partially filled bowl with a little beans rice and and guac. Went back to store later to resolve this issue and Kaylee the assistant manager would not replace my meal because it was “half eaten”. She did however offer me a side of meat to put on top of my nice cold meal. I don’t usually write angry reviews, but now I’m hungry and cranky.

I ordered a carne asada burrito, added guacamole. I got exactly what I ordered. The burrito was thick with all of its ingredients. The carne asada here is actually carne asada, not just chunks of beef. Quite delicious. The employees are polite and listen to the customers, and it is a very clean and calm environment.

The food was great, as always. One of the workers was taking a break, having a meal and playing very loud noise on her phone, disrupting the music that was playing from the store speakers. It was very annoying. Why do they allow this from their employer?

Chile verde burrito, wet with red sauce, with no beans, FANTASTIC! Very kind staff and clean dinning room. They feature Coke products and that’s a plus.

Friendly staff and smiles make all the difference! I love the chicken tacos here the most! The BRC burrito is very good too! Prices are very reasonable.

Food was great as usual, no line, only critique is that it took ~10m for food to be ready. We were a group of 4 though. Great place.

first time here and it was rough.
ordered the asada burrito, the asada was so charred that it literally turned to beef dust when i chewed it.
left a very unsavory taste on the rest of ingredients.
ordered guac, didn’t get it.
asked for salsa, came with none.
i’m not a picky guy overall l, but i felt compelled to elaborate my first experience being here.
