I have always had fast and friendly service from this Taco Bell. The orders are accurate about 80% of the time. If anything is wrong the correct it very quickly. Just don’t order delivery as they use DoorDash and you can’t check the order before it’s too late.

Somehow it gets worse every time I go. I had an employee ask me once to back up in the drive thru so that it would reset the timer they had inside. Because they were taking longer than it should. And the food was cold in the end. This location has made me stop eating Taco Bell overall.

Ordered delivery through a third party app. On multiple occasions, drivers arrive and are informed the order was already picked up. Store does not verify who takes mobile/delivery orders and refuses to remake them for third-party app customers.

Both tacos were completely soaked with grease to where the hard shell taco was a soft taco and the soft taco ripped apart due to it sticking to the wrapping , zero sauce packets I ordered were given to us and this is typical with this location . Must be another DEI supporting business that’s going to learn the hard way why hiring people who care about service and customer is vital when dealing with customer service … who would have guessed ♂️ had to put them in the oven to attempt to revive them .

I go to Taco Bell in Edgewater Maryland, order online and it goes to the wrong restaurant, all the way in Gambrills, on Rt. 3. Neither restaurant is able to help me, give me a refund. They say to call app support. App support is closed for 2 days. They can’t just put a freakin cancel o. The app that stays there until you pick up your order. Unbelievable. McDonald’s sends orders to the location you are located and cancels automatically if you don’t pick up. This is unbelievable! I can’t afford to waste money and give them free money! Taco Bell is stealing my money! And the one in edgewater couldn’t just make the order, as often as I eat there? I’m done with TacoBell! I want my money NOW AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! The app is too much troulble and I can’t afford it anymore without app deals. I don’t want to waste my weekends and time off work dealing with this crap nor do I have the money to deal with it! TACO BELL SUCKS! Don’t eat there anymore! It’s longer worth it and I was a long time regular customer! Not anymore!

What kind of a business do you run where you don’t honor your deals? I did everything exactly the way it said to and it wouldn’t give me the freaking deal!!! Your company is full of crap and doesn’t honor it deals.  Now I can’t even put a picture of the deal on this damn comment to show you what I’m talking about because you’re too afraid of people taking pictures and showing you for who you really are showing how disgusting your food is. It was the deal for getting a drink and a Cantina taco Mexican pizza and a quesadilla for $11. It keeps telling me something is not the right amount of money, but I put in exactly what it said to put in over and over tired of the garbage dealing with this company. I’ll take my money elsewhere!
Update: 10/2025- It really ticks me off how when when I earned rewards with my points at Taco Bell I only have a small limited amount of time to use them or else they’re just gone and my points are worth nothing. And McDonald’s I can use them whatever the heck I want. A Taco Bell if I don’t use them in a few weeks, that’s it and I can’t afford to come to Taco Bell all the time anymore because your prices are so darn high now so maybe I just need to stop coming altogether and I used to be a regular customer, but I’m sick and tired of my rewards expiring because I don’t come fast enough for you because you want to demand that I’d be there all the time. McDonald’s let me use my points when I want to because I earned
them. And God forbid your app can change the address to where you are so you don’t order it the wrong Taco Bell like McDonald’s app does. Taco Bell clearly does not care about its customers. Not just a particular location, but Taco Bell in General, the company.

Sat in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. Multiple people left and no one was taking orders at the speaker it seems like.

Recently renovated, and quiet nice inside and out. They service has always been quick, reliable, and friendly. Outdoor seating if that is your thing. Plenty of parking and a pretty convenient place to get into. Leaving can be tricky if the nearby traffic lights are not in your favor. The best Taco Bell in the area

I’ve been a long-term patron of this location. I’ve seen it through its ups and downs, but it’s always left me off better than when I came in today. I went in just for a quick lunch and greeted at the sign was Miss Mary. She immediately picked up with a go get an attitude and absolutely made my day nice at the window nice at the speaker and overall extremely pleasant. I wanna shout her out for the good work she did today and I hope to see her again.
