This food truck is the BEST! The hamburgers are cooked fresh when you order. They are perfectly smashed and juicy. Super flavorful!!! And the fries! The fries are sooooo crispy! The fries are not gluten free, though. But the owner was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about gluten. He even asked ME questions so he could better understand how to know if an ingredient contains gluten. Most places are not as patient or helpful – or apologetic – when you ask about gluten. IYKYK. We highly recommend this place. We will most definitely be coming back.
