The girl who took our order was very short with us, and the one making the food was just downright rude. We mentioned that it was our first time there so we needed a second to look at the menu. I asked what all came on the veggie sub, and the one making the food (even though I asked the girl taking our order) rudely and so fast I couldn’t even understand what she said told us what was on it. The lettuce on our subs was still frozen. The bread was so cold and chewy it was so hard to eat. We were extremely disappointed.

We ordered 2 large subs Italian 2 cold , 2 heated @618pm. Got delivered @742pm. Entirely too long 120 minutes. Subs were really tasty and good this time. Usually there is too much lettuce on them. Food quality great this time, delivery time too long.

They are always nice. Usually very quick. Always remind me about using my rewards card when I forget. Nice when I am not eating only using the bathroom.

What more can you say than, good food fast.
Nice friendly, and quick sandwich builders. I really like the Gargantuan. Big meaty beast of a sandwich.
Usually pretty neat and clean when I go in to pick up my order or when I stay and eat.
They also have a nice little patio seating area for outdoor dinning.

Not so freaky fast at this location. Waited 20 min for my sandwich and only 1 other person in line at the time. 2 employees were just standing around doing nothing, another was talking on her phone and seem so annoyed that people were coming in

Slowest service Ive ever seen at a Jimmy John’s. People were requesting refunds. Not sure where the owner was but at most Jimmy John’s, Ive see the owner working hard during busy times.
