Delivery service sucks. I understand having to use a third party to deliver. But if I had that door dasher from tonight in front of me, I’d chew them out. Dashers…. CUSTOMERS CANT SEE DOORDASH DROP OFFS!
Pizza Hut, please explain to them that they have to knock on the door or we won’t know My fiancé was sitting in the living room by the door waiting for delivery and the dasher walked up at some point and left the food on our wet doormat. And we didn’t know until he left to get a remade order and the boxes were on the ground, pizza cold. The five stars is for the Pizza Hut staff, they’re great. Door dash is trash.

I placed an on line order on 10/11. They charged my card two times. I have been trying since then to get my money back but all I get is the run around, both from the store employees and from emails using complaint/contact form. Sorry to say, I definitely won’t be getting pizza from them anymore. They have lost my family’s business. There are too many pizza places here to put up with this. The pizzas were good, so I gave two stars rather than one.
A response from the supposed owner claimed someone would contact me soon. It’s been months, no one has. I’ve tried twice unsuccessfully to contact the store manager only to be put off. I know now this is a shady restaurant and I’ve been ripped off. I wound up paying over $75 for two pizzas! BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THEM!!!!

Got my order in before closing time, get a call telling me me order came in after 11pm, I got an email that states it went in 10 mins before that, if an order comes in and your still open, you do not call the customer and give them a sorry excuses, (there’s no door dashers this late” lol than why after you cancel my order I just door dashed a bother restaurant. Ordered 2 pizzas online, was given a pickup time of 45 minutes by the system which is long but I figured they were busy because it’s Tuesday, Personal Pan pizzas for $2. I waited over an hour before driving to pickup the pizzas. I got there, nobody asking me if I needed help. A long line of people picking up and some who hadn’t ordered yet. Once I was able to ask someone, if my pizza was ready, he said they were 2-2/12 hours behind. I said how far down am I on the list of orders and he said 3 orders from the top. My name wasn’t even on the monitors above my head. I waited in store for another hour and had seen the guy who was putting pizzas in the box working on two pizzas that looked like it had toppings that I ordered. The pizzas were put in the warmer. There was nobody at the front counter waiting on anyone and several people you could tell were picking up orders from delivery services. The guy who waited on me initially was helping make pizzas and he finally came over when there were like a dozen people standing around who hadn’t been waited on yet. I jumped up after a few minutes and I asked if my pizzas were ready because I told him I saw two pizzas being worked on that looked like what I ordered. He went back to the warmer and sure enough, the two pizzas I ordered had been done and sitting in the warmer for at least 30 minutes. When the worker handed me my pizza, not even a “sorry about that”…nothing. Actually, he was looking down and wouldn’t make eye contact. This isn’t the first time we’ve had order issues with this location but this was so bad today, that I had to leave a comment. There appeared to be at least 5 employees working so I’m not sure why they were so far behind…on a Tuesday. Also, the person pulling the pizzas out of the oven kept rubbing his nose on the side of his wrist and arm. Plus, it may not be required but the guy had a beard and didn’t have anything covering his facial hair, plus the constant rubbing of the nose…I won’t be back to this location. No gloves were worn by the one person who was helping make pizza either. I don’t recall seeing him wash his hands after just being at the register and sliding over to make pizzas. I had suggested to the person I spoke with initially why don’t they have something in place to notify customers how far behind they were so delivery services, and people who ordered online for carry out can plan accordingly? Again, a blank stare and nothing.

First time going inside for pickup and only my second time at this new location. I was pleasantly surprised to see a dine-in option! I didn’t get time to ask about the empty salad bar. I’m assuming it’s stocked for lunchtime, or perhaps it’ll be a new addition. Either way, the employees here are very friendly and our pizza was very good!

My order was wrong didn’t realize it til I got home we ate it anyway! I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. One car sat at the window far too long they should have been asked to move and they would bring the order out. But no they let the drive thru back up I along with 4 others got tired of waiting and went in to pick up. My order was pan super supreme. I got a regular pizza no black olives replaced with banana peppers. The lady that came in behind me was very upset as was I. We didn’t even get an apology for our wait. My pizza was barely warm which told me it had been ready for sometime. The waiting in line happened to me once before I was told it was doordash. Go figure since when can they hold the line for at least 15 minutes while others wait for the pizza they ordered and was there in the time alotted. Looks like Patrik Street will gain a new customer.

Went inside the store and ordered a Pizza. The guy took my money never washed his hands. I started making my pizza. I ask him, are you required to wear gloves?And he said no. So I don’t know where his hands had been. So I told him I wanted my money back and he gave me my money back, and I called pizza hut, and they did absolutely nothing. You should make your employees wear gloves. You don’t know where their hands have been.
