Came to get our food today from our online order and it was cold. My fiance went inside to get it fixed and all they could offer was to reheat it. Didn’t offer to refund our $ or make it fresh. Manager needs fired absolutely terrible service and will NOT be back. Will pass around so others know.

My salad was not what I ordered, poorly assembled, and the person waiting on the public was extremely rude. Not to mention that we did not get our complete order nor refund for what they did not have to complete the order. I will never use the app again, nor will I go back to that location. I will be there to protest, but never to eat! The worst part is that I tip in cash, and they missed out on a $40 tip! I feel sorry for the kid working with her!

Hours posted on the door are apparently just a tease or are just randomly ignored. Says open daily 9am-10pm (lobby closes 1 hour earlier). However, when attempting to use the drive through at 9pm the lady inside says “we closed early,” Subway can open and close whenever they want, but if they aren’t going to be open when they say they are they should change the sign on the door. “We can’t find employees” isn’t good enough. Hire more or pay more to get good people…or finding customers will become a bigger problem than finding employees.
On the plus side, I have been to this subway a ton of times and when they are open they keep the place clean and always demonstrate excellent customer service. I’d come back for sure, but I’d have to have some assurance that they are actually open when they say they will be.

Wait staff was good and the sandwich was as expected.
What was concerning is that the salt, pepper and oregano shakers are absolutely filthy. They are kept in plain view of the public .The outside of the containers are literally caked with God knows what. The server made the sandwich with gloves on and he handled those containers with the gloved hands then folded and wrapped the sandwich.
I could not believe it. Not remotely sanitary. Those shakers looked way more dirty than the floors .
I should have walked out and certainly will not eat there again.

Walked in & 4 employees ready to help. Was a fast process, it was not like this before. Under new management & all new employees. Clean, great service, friendly people. Yes, it cost alot to eat out. But that is something we are all dealing with. I will return back to the newly organized Subway! Happy customer!!

UPDATE 2/10/24: Well, I guess it is too much to ask for this Subway location to do any better. I thought I’d give them one LAST chance to make it right. Ordered two footlong sandwiches for my elderly mother and I. I SPECIFICALLY asked for curbside pickup so my 86 yr old mother would NOT have to get out of the car since she was picking the order up. Not only did they not bring the order to her car, they refused to answer the phone multiple times when i tried calling them to let them know she was there to pick up the order!! And if that wasn’t bad enough, these idiots still cannot follow instructions or follow customers orders as to how they want their sandwiches made!! Manager/Owner you really need to do better in who you hire and train!!
I asked for mayo on my footlong ALL American sub. They literally put what looked like a drop of mayo on each half of my sandwich! Couldn’t even taste or see it! It was the most bland sandwich ever! Is it really that hard to follow instructions?

We had a party of 4, we went inside to order. There was one person being waited on, then us. The employees were clearly annoyed for whatever reason. We each ordered a footling, one at a time. Our view was blocked when he put the meat and cheese on the subs, but how hard is it to screw that part up? (They still forgot the cheese on one of them). We all asked for them to be toasted…got home and they weren’t even heated, cheese was not melted. And the soda machine didn’t even have ice! Smh, do better subway
