Ordered $6 Biggie Bag DRY on the Jr. Bac ChsBrgr, drove away n headed home n stuck hand in bag n Fries were ICE COLD…moved to the nuggets; HARD as a ROCK and ICE COLD AS WELL….NOW the burger; EXACT OPPOSITE of WHAT I ORDERED n YET AGAIN COLD!!! At THIS moment is when I decided to turn around and go back…I WASTED my TIME and GAS! However, my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE was enlightened when the Manager TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the MISTAKES and prepared me a FRESHLY CORRECTED MEAL!

Quit possibly the worst meal from Wendy’s in over 40 years.
Fries taste like chicken and old oil. Tea is definitely the worst in Houston. Sandwich forgot items.

Can’t go wrong with the chili. Now the person working the drive-thru window was a whole different story. Definitely not customer service oriented. If it wasn’t for the person handing me my food, service would be a 1 star.

It took 5 minutes to get my drink and I got like 2 pieces of ice, burgers tasted even worse than my school lunches it w as cold nd I’m not sure if its cooked all the way plus one of my fries was cold and one was burning hot. Terrible Your better off driving a bit farther

I stopped to get breakfast and my biscuit was a little fresh but the egg was like rubber, I did try to eat half of it but I couldn’t do it so I went back and I told them and they did exchange it but you’ll see the picture below how the biscuit looked. I’m not sure why they offer breakfast if they cannot even keep up with it and I had stopped Wendy on 242 by the HEB and nobody was taking orders and you can even see the employees the cars were there but you couldn’t see no one I’m not sure why they even sell breakfast if they can’t even do it

I go in to get a chocolate frosty and I sit down to eat it and it is SOUR. I go up to the counter and they try some out of the machine and see that it is in fact super sour and tell me they will throw it out. All they offered was a refund and that’s ok, but not ONE of the employees even apologized for giving me expired dairy! The customer service was overall terrible and if you serve a customer food that could make them very sick at the VERY least give them an apology.

I’ve been here several times due to travel convenience but that’s going to change… Everytime my son and I come here the fries are cold, burgers and nuggets are warm nearing cold, they barely hear what you’re saying on the speaker in the drive thru and rush job your order… And get me started with items or condiments missing!!!

Went to drive thru earlier today.. first window they dint even greet you hello how are u nothing no smile or anything, second window, I pull up i ask for hot nuggets fresh I get em they not fresh the chubby guy at the second window is super rude, like he does not like his job, or anything ,seem.like he been having a crappy day.. do better Wendy’s n hope u have happy smily people…. instead of rude service is their anyone above these kids ? I came in before 10 p.m. and the door was already locked. The plaque on the restaurant says they close at 11, but the manager told us they close at 10. When I pointed out the hours being wrong, he was dismissive and rude. We left frustrated and disappointed. Please update your hours and train your staff to speak to customers with more respect
