Extremely disappointed with my order. I’ve had Mongolian beef before and decided to try it from China Chen. I received a dish loaded with onions, a handful of soft, chewy steak pieces, carrots and peas. The sauce was a thin brown liquid and all I could taste was salt and pepper. When I called the restaurant the person who answered the phone told me they’ve never had Mongolian beef before and gave the phone to someone else who told me the order I recieved was Mongolian beef. I tried to ask questions to better understand if I confused the dish for something else and was told that maybe other places make it different. There was no description of their version of the dish and everything I found online was not what i recieved. The person I spoke to did not care and hung up the phone.

The only Chinese place ever. If ur gonna read a review make it this one. Forget any other review. This is the best Chinese food place in the entire world. Family favorite for like 20 years. Place is always clean the workers are always nice and the food comes out hot and fresh pretty quickly. Nothing compares to china Chen. My gf and I get it all the time it is our favorite. The go to items include the beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, wonton soup, chicken lo mein, and the eggrolls. Everything is genuinely earth shattering. We get it so much I now have china Chen in my contacts. It’s that serious. Never had better Chinese food in my life. The only place to exist ever. And the prices are good as well. Great for broke college students. Such a good meal always. If I could eat china Chen every day for the rest of my life I would. I probably will. Literally the best ever. The food stays hot for so long you could drive 30 minutes back to ur house go inside smoke a j and the food would still be piping hot when you open it. Always so flavorful and delicious. If I could give it 1 million stars I would. The best restaurant in the whole world. #chinachen4life

Walked in to order told them I had a shellfish allergy and the lady behind the counter said it wouldn’t be issue. Well I bite into my egg roll and it was shrimp. My throat started to close. I returned the food and had to rush to get medical assistant. Will not be going here again.

We love this place. It is one of our favorite place to go. We bought our home 10 years ago. This was the first place we ate the night we moved in, and we freaking loved it. Still to date we love it. But we have noticed that the prices are higher witch we understand why. But the food portions are slowly getting smaller and smaller. My general combination meal doesn’t even touch the top lid. My daughter’s sesame / white rice combination plate wasn’t any better. For 50$ you should fill them. We will still come to your restaurant and get our food,but it might only last a short while. We just want the money’s worth. This is NOT a slam on you at all. We truly do love your food. Keep up the good work

Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and everything is consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, even when they’re busy. Travel by car every year! Every year, they come to the restaurant to order their favorite food. Last year was a special year. I didn’t see each other. But I’m really happy to see you again this year. He called again and said that there were two chicken slices with boiled vegetables. ok Then I told the cook to change the menu. One more. Then when the guest comes to pick up the meal. We reconfirmed her order. One or two. She told me with great certainty that she only ordered one. Er, we asked her that she had just called twice and said it was two copies. She answered me very definitely: No. I didn’t order two. After finalizing her order! We wrapped her a piece of boiled vegetables, chicken slices and spring rolls. She paid the bill. I got cursed out by one of the employees as i was coming out of the store, he was following me in the parking lot while i was driving in my car..he spit at my car and continued to yell at me. Oh man where do I begin on this masterpiece, the food, the quality, the atmosphere, and the overall experience I had here, before I tried it my life was boring… I had no purpose in life, but when I tried the sweet and sour chicken my life changed for the better, it gave me a purpose in life, it changed my perspective on life and it will never be the same again. Thank you China Chen for not only providing me with the most amazing and delicious food I’ve ever consumed, but for a life changing experience that shaped me into who I am today.
