I love your pizza, but every time I order online it’s either not ready by the estimated pick-up time, or like an hour late. I appreciate the complementary 20ozs, but I’d rather have the pizza ready on time. If you have to give a longer estimate that’s ok, but it’s frustrating when I’m not getting what I’m paying for.

We were so excited to try a new pizza place! After almost 2 hours of waiting for our delivery, the manager simply said, “we’re really busy.” And hung up on me before I could get the total for my requested refund. We don’t know, the pizza might be good, but the leadership and customer service is brutal!

I absolutely LOVE the BLT pizza from here! Best in town, by far. There is a bit of a longer wait, but it’s probably due to smaller staff/understaffed, and a small inside area to work with (so I won’t hold that against them).
My ONLY complaint is my most recent order. BLT pizza and a Pepsi. Pizza got here and was slid to the back of the box, all smashed up and smushed– and I was given a Cherry Pepsi? I hate cherry/cherry flavoring so the soda was thrown away unopened. The pizza took some re-configuring but was still edible. Still a bit disheartened at this though

I ordered three salads tonight. An hour went by and I called to see how much longer. The girl on the other side said “ They were just heading out” ????? We waited another 45 min. NOTHING I called again and explained we had been waiting on our order for 1 hour and 45 min. The phone was passed to THREE different people. I FINALLY must have been talking to the manager and he claimed that the driver delivered the salads to the wrong place…..If they knew that then why didn’t they call. I asked when we could expect them and he is yelling at someone that our salads need to go out next and it would be 15 minutes. This actually is the second time this has happened. It has been a year since I have ordered from them. I was giving them the
benefit of the doubt.
