Came here for a date night with my wife. We made a reservation and we’re seated shortly after arriving. We ordered a couple drinks, the pork belly bao, the beef bachelor, and the khao soi. Everything was delicious and serving size was generous. Decor was fun and I loved the robot server

We love this place! The food is always amazing and fresh. The service is always friendly and welcoming. The decor and music set a really good atmosphere and there’s lots of seating available. I have yet to have a bad experience. Thank you everyone at Jia!!!

Mu husband and I diner here for Valentine’s Day, opting for their fixed price menu of $69pp. While the food itself showed real potential, the evening was a bit of a disappointment. We arrived on time at 7:30, but we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our table upstairs. There were 3 other couples waiting to sit before us but we were seated before them for some reason. Once seated, the service was frustratingly slow. Our drinks took forever, and though the first course (some delicious little rolls) was nice, things went downhill. The soup was served tepid, and the scallop course was disappointingly cold as well. Despite trying to get them fixed, the server was so overwhelmed—he was managing all the tables himself—that it just didn’t improve. Another couple actually walked out, and we decided to leave early too, as it was just too chaotic. They did refund the entire meal, which was appreciated, but it felt like a real missed opportunity. I hope they can improve their organization because it’s too expensive for customers to be getting such terrible service. Ironically, the down stairs diner who I assume ordered from an a-la-carte menu seemed to be enjoying their meals so I’m guessing it was just the valentines menu customers who suffered. Management didn’t help their server in any way or offer any type of apology. They just left him to burn. Some tables had all the plates from each course still on the table as those customers were eating their dessert. Total chaos.

This was a great place for Thai food. Nestled into a small shopping area it offered nicer accommodations. Food came out fast and was freshly prepared. Appetizers were great and fun. Drinks complimented the food nicely with a happy hour. In the summer months there is a nice patio and inside was nice. Service was a little out of cadence, perhaps a waiter was missing during our visit. Of street parking. Prices were as expected for quality. Overall a good place for Thai food in the south part of town.

2-2026 Too much sugar.
Good service, nice atmosphere.
I ordered the Massaman curry and to me it tasted like it was 50% sugar. I have been to Thailand. They do like to put sugar in their food, but not this much. It seems to me US restaurants are getting worse in this respect.
Coconut milk does have a natural sweetness. That’s all that is needed for a curry.
The server and manager were very kind and suggested the chicken pho instead. It was some broth, lots of rice noodles, some sliced chicken. Served with bean sprouts, jalapeno rings, cilantro and a lemon wedge. (What happened to Thai basil and lime?).
We won’t be back.
If you like a lot of sugar in your Thai food, and cilantro instead of Thai basil, this restaurant is recommended. If you don’t, go elsewhere.

Lovely restaurant. The atmosphere is very calming and comfortable. The food was excellent. Lots of Thai influence. Very nice savory flavors with an excellent (but not overstated) presentation. Menu prices price meals between $16 and $20. There is very nice indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio. We found the service to be attentive without being intrusive. A very nice surprise to experience.

The food is delicious and the restaurant is gorgeous inside. I almost always get the spicy eggplant. The cocktails are creative and well made but overpriced so try these during happy hour. I also really like their lunch specials because you can get a delicious dish that comes with their delightful bone broth for sipping for $20.

I love the attention to detail in each dish, flavors balanced perfectly every single time. Best thai tea I’ve had. My favorite place to go for food in town.
