I was heading to Pittsburgh today and decided to stop for breakfast. I live nearby but never really got a chance to visit Popeyes before, so I thought I would finally try it. The food was good. I tried spicy chicken and the chicken was hot and crispy.I talked with the manager for a bit during my visit. He was calm, polite, and easy to talk to. We had a normal conversation and he checked if everything was okay. Nothing felt forced. He handled things professionally and stayed respectful the whole time. You could tell he cared about the place. The restaurant looked clean and organized. Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone should surely give it a try. And ya I will get back soon surely .

We ordered chicken and tenders. Everything was very fresh. The chicken tasted really good and the fries were hot, but what stood out the most was how we were treated.
The staff, especially David, showed a level of service I have honestly never seen at a fast food place. He checked on us three times to make sure we were good, offered extra sauces without being asked, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. He even made sure to say goodbye when we left, which almost never happens in fast food settings.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience changed my view on the level of service at fast food restaurants. Great food, but even better service. I will definitely be coming back.

Today I tried Popeyes for the first time. I got a little confused with the menu and my order. I ordered the sweet and spicy boneless wings and thought the sauce would come on the side, but it came on the wings. I mentioned this at the window and told them it was my first time ordering here.The manager came over and I explained the situation. He listened calmly and did not get upset at all. He immediately said yes and told me it was not a problem. He made a fresh batch of wings in front of me while smiling and said no worries, I am here. That really made me feel comfortable.When I tried to give back the first wings, he told me to keep them and try both versions. He casually mentioned that I could let him know which one I preferred next time. That was very kind of him. I really appreciate this type of attitude and service. Will come back soon.

Stopped by the Popeyes in New Castle and it didn’t disappoint. The wings were hot, crispy, and hit perfectly with that fresh Sweet N’ Smokey Chipotle sauce—bold flavor with just the right kick. Ordered a pickup order through grubhub here at 9:01 PM from the local hotel. The lobby was closed, even though it shows open online. When I called support they told me to go to the window without a car, and when I did there was no one there.
I’m out the cash with no food. Drinks here cost $5. Would not recommend.

I live in Texas and I am only here for a few days, so I stopped by the New Castle Popeyes drive thru, and honestly I did not expect much because the Popeyes back home in Texas is usually not that good and often feels like people do not want to work, but this was my third time coming to this location and every visit has been great, the staff here really cares and does their job properly so you do not have to worry about anything, this time in the drive thru I was talking with David about how different this place feels compared to Texas and he was very friendly, gave me some extra sauces and suggested a few other items to try, which I really appreciated, I was not even planning to come here but I read the reviews and decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did because the food was fresh, the service was top notch, and there was no wait at all, this location completely changed my perspective on Popeyes.
