Raw food !! Called the number. Got the head office No help at all. They tried to call the restaurant, but they wouldn’t answer the phone Every other time my food was great. But since you choose not to assist me. Then I will never be back You will get people sick edit, yes, I emailed your cooperate office the same time I wrote this review no response at all

Food is routinely great, my favorite fast food chain in the area.
And…staff here routinely get orders wrong. Always, always double check your ingredients. I just got a steak sandwich, their seasonal special, and was excited about the combination of garlic aioli and grilled onions that come standard on it. Got it home… no onions. Why??? This wasn’t even a special order, this was their standard menu item!!

I come here whenever I miss Santa Barbara, the area where I first had a burger at Habit Burger & Grill. Of course, I ordered the SB char to go. Ive one complaint: too much mayo sauce. It made the bottom bread super soggy. If other Habit place can do a great job at this, I’m sure this place can do better.

The amount of sweet potato fries I got for the cost is a total rip off! The drive thru is convenient but what a waste of money.

Came through the drive-thru on 2/2 around 8pm and was greeted with the friendliest attendant 🙂 First time here and got a double cheeseburger of a sort, and MAN was it good! Fries were nice and hot too, yummy! But the attendant’s friendliness really upped my experience <3 I’ll definitely be back because of them. They even told me to drive safe, just so sweet ^-^

Honestly the people were nice but would never eat here the food isn’t bad but it’s mid like I wouldn’t pay to eat here even if was starving and this was the only option which I was

Amazing fries and great sandwiches. Anyways consistent and freshly made. This location is on the small side. They have a drive though which seems to be the busiest part. Highly recommended.
