Cold Stone Creamery is the best ice cream place ! They’re the only place that I can buy a dipped sprinkled waffle bowl ! Their ice cream consistency is unmatched and their customer service is wonderful. Employees who regularly see me remember what I like to order. I visit twice a month after I pick up my prescriptions at my pharmacy.

Love love love their ice cream!! I always get the same thing.. peanut butter cup perfection, but I substitute the chocolate ice cream for sweet cream! Yummmm! I typically get the “gotta have it” size cup. And the only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is because sometimes they don’t fill the cup as much as they have advertised. ColdStone has amazing tasting ice cream and I’m a happy, frequent customer!! If you’ve never been here, you MUST try it! Prices are slightly high but once you taste the ice cream, it will justify the price. Oh, and if you tip the employees, they all sing a song! Cute! You can also sample the ice cream flavors if you can’t choose which one you want. This location is always clean and is well stocked with not only ice cream, but other treats such as: caramel apples, ice cream, frosted dog treats, buckeyes, and the list goes on! It’s all in a beautiful display at the counter.

Tonight I received very poor service from the pickerington Ohio location. I order two love it sizes and got two love it sizes. I called them right away and they refused to refund or comp the next order unless I proved they were the wrong sizes. Given that I live about thirty minutes away I was unable to do this. The service industry has really gone down hill I think I will pick a new ice cream place to go for now on.

Usually the visit here is decent. I get the same ice cream each time and it’s always slightly different. This time the preparer seemed not to know any of the ingredients to the ice cream even though they are in the board. I gave a nice tip and was disappointed when I got home. Just spent $20 on something I did not order.

The Ice cream was delicious as always. They were busy with only 2 people working during the time we were there 5:00 p.m.. My Peanut Butter Cup Prefections was mixed with Oreo’s instead of a Reese cup. Over all I will go back and the Ice cream is great.

Came in today to get a couple of ice creams and started looking in the toppings case. It was full of fruit flies everywhere. I counted around 6-7, some laying directly on the food – particularly the white chocolate and chocolate chips.
