I ordered food for pickup and arrived just as my pizza was coming out of the oven, which was great timing. However, while waiting for my salad, I noticed staff handling food and then answering the phone without washing their hands in between. That was very concerning and honestly a major turnoff. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I ordered my dinner tonight with delivery to the car. I hit all the buttons that I was here and then put my flashers on. I sat over five minutes, while no one came out. But I could see all four of them in conversation inside, plus looking out the front window. I finally went inside and told them That I was waiting for delivery to my car, the girl working in the front just said something we didn’t hear the bell go off. You would think one of the four would see the flashing lights and look at their order board, with my car description. There wasn’t any body in the store or in the parking lot. I have never had to have car delivery service. I chose tonight because I was having a back problem.

The place was run by 1 person at 12 noon. The girl was overwhelmed with work. Telling everybody calling and walking in 20 minutes. She was lucky at one point delivery driver helped her. My order was large and placed at 1035am. At 12:15 a guy walked in assumed either manager or owner. Totally useless to them. Made no effort to help. I paid for order in advance. I left at 12:55 with incomplete order. Numerous people waiting on orders. Highly recommended not going there.

New staff has no idea what they are doing. Orders take forever with three people standing around playing on phone or chatting. Then they dumped the food out of the tray into the oven and have to remake it so all the other food gets cold while waiting. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience”. No customer service skills.
Edit: After all of the above, they tried to hand me icing for chicken and pizza, insisted that was correct when I advised them it was not, and then finally gave me the sauce I ordered.
The tots are both burnt and undercooked.
