Best kept secret this side of the City without going to Chinatown SF or Oakland. Never had any issues with service as they have always been very nice. If you’re looking for a quick spot for dimsum then this is the place. It’s best if you take your food and eat elsewhere as they only have two small tables but can get busy at times so you’re right in the middle eating while else is in line.
Everything is delicious. From the barbecue pork buns, red bean sesame balls, crab rangoon, siu mai, everything… all good!

Friendly staff
I think can be hit or miss. We like the BBQ pork bun and the egg tarts. But we won’t get the Sui Mei again

Good tim sum. The baked char siew pow (sweet barbecue pork buns) is nice. Siew Mai is very meaty. Noodles, thin or flat ones not too bad. The century year old porridge (congee) is very meaty, an 8/10 rating. A repeat if in the area.

Good food for a reasonable price, but I am not sure if their prices are updated because the math isn’t mathing.
Dimsum Lunch: 10.99
Chive Dumpling: 4.7
Egg Tart: 1.7 x 2
Chicken Feet: 5.14
Subtotal: 24.23
I paid: 25.98
Was there a container price or tax or something I am forgetting??

Affordable a-la-carte dimsum! Have all the basics (shrimp har gow, radish cake, soy sauce noodles, xiu Mai, sticky rice and the likes!) Cashiers speak English so don’t be afraid to ask around and try something new. Food is pretty good and nice to take out.
Lots of local Chinese elderly and customers so you know it’s their go to spot in the area.

Decent dim sum for the price in this area, but often have to wait in a long line. We order steam pork buns, siu mai, har gow, daikon cake, and more depending on the day and availability. The dim sum is sometimes over cooked or rubbery and the flavor lacks anything special compared to din tai fung or other dim sum locations in San Jose.

Great dim sum to-go for very good price. Plenty of parking but not very suitable for dine-in due to lack of space. A lot of items are in the dispkay cases but majority are not. As such, and in a lot of cases when it is crowded, it is good to know what you are getting before arriving.
My favorite item is the egg custard and imo it’s better than the famous Golden Phoenix in San Francisco because this has a thick flaky crust rather than a thin phillo dough crust.
Quality of ither items are much better than ones sold in SF Chinatown.

The shumai are tasty. They have good buns too. I like to buy the prebagged ones they have ready in their fridge. They’re great to have in your freezer for when you need something to go with a quick packaged ramen dinner.

They’ve cleaned up the place a bit since I was here. More seating, new equipment. If you want the popular items like egg tarts, shrimp or beef rice rolls, or chow fun, come early. They sell out and often do not make more for the evening.

Tho their price went up quite a bit in the past 3 years. The quality is still good and the food is delicious, especially their egg tart and siu mai.
