We have been driving by this place for years and never managed to stop in. We came in tonight for dinner. We ordered a small pizza, eggplant parm and tortellini with vodka sauce. Everything was delicious. The service was fast and our waitress was very personable. It had a very comfortable small town feel. We will absolutely be back to try the breakfast and other dishes!

My wife and I had lunch here we both ordered soup which seemed like it was a week old and stale. The sandwiches we got the bread was stale and the ingredients were not fresh. The prices were high and the food quality was poor, service was ok but would not return

The chicken wings I had recently were the best. However, it took 40 minutes for three dishes to come out, even though it wasn’t during a busy time. It’s something to keep in mind before you go.

Been coming here for years and slowly watched this fruit die on the vine. We used to get more frequently but started to have bad experience with food. Already high prices continue to get higher, portions are victimized by shrinkflation, and the quality has tanked. Add really slow/poor service to the mix with the perception that nobody really cares and there is really nothing redeeming about it. Does not appear that the owners are that interested in turning it around. Over/under is 14 months…and it does pain me to say it.

Cozy is not the best description of the owner. Two of us ordered the grilled chicken club $22 .
So a typical club has three layers of bread with two layers of meat and lettuce etc.. our club only had one layer of grilled chicken and the chicken was so tiny it doesn’t even fill the one layer of bread. Also I can’t eat frys medical issues so I said any substitute and the waitress said yes side salad or veggie or coleslaw. I choose salad the other person with the same dish for coleslaw. So the bull came and I was charged additional $2 making my already pitiful sandwich $24. I don’t usually complain but I did and the waitress said oh I have to ask the owner… So the owner yells from the back and says that’s the price on the menu.. not willing to make any adjustments. What a jerk. It was an awful sandwich. Didn’t even get full and all I was asking for was $2 off because my friend was not charged additional. Never going to that place again.and I would avoid it if I were you.

I hadn’t had lunch today and was rushing to a Durham Fair meeting. My husband said this place was close & looked to do takeout, so on my drive I called for a Margherita pizza, a pepperoni pizza, a large salad with vinaigrette, drinks, plates & forks. I was able to feed my committee members (and finally eat!) with the help of the staff of Cozy Corner. The pizza was good, as was the salad. Typically I’m one to check “no utensils”, so was relieved that they had me covered. I was surprised when I walked into a full service dining room to boot! I’ll definitely be back for a proper sit down dinner, with maybe some wine to accompany. Can’t wait & thanks for saving my Monday night!

My wife and I went there today for lunch, my wife had a tuna melt and I had a Philly steak grinder toasted. The food came out fresh and delicious. This place will not disappoint you!!

Been stopping in here for years every time we come down Rt17, but last visit. . The food has gone downhill smaller portions like the small grinders used to be 8 inch now just about 6 inch and little meats .ordered ham and cheese grinder hot ham with thick tomato slices lettuce chips very little mayo, and no cheese ? Was suppose to be toasted but wasn’t . Com didn’t know ham and cheese included cheese . Brought me two slices of cold chews to add to sandwhich. Last time had a meatball grinder with one meatball cut in half very little some kind of sauce and no cheese again gave up stopping here .

This should be the baseline of what pizza is. Even the crisp on the crust!
