Finally came here for dinner, we live nearby and passed by this place for countless times. So our conclusion is that this is a restaurant to grab food without breaking up your bank. Portion is good and Price is reasonable. Service is good. Give this a try if you haven’t before.

When I’m in the area I always pay a visit. Usually it’s packed inside but the wait is worth it because there’s countless delicious options from here. Service is great and food is authentic. Definitely will be back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When we walked in, the lady at the front greeted us and asked us to sit, but she stood right next to us the entire time while we were trying to decide what to order, which felt uncomfortable and rushed.

While we were eating, a group of employees were talking very loudly in Chinese, which completely disturbed our meal and gave me a headache. No one checked on us to ask if we wanted water or to order anything else. It felt like the staff were more focused on entertaining each other than providing good customer service.

When we finished eating and went to pay, the same group of ladies continued chatting and didn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. After paying, the cashier pointed to the tip section, and when we crossed it out, she raised her eyebrows and said, “No tip?” We explained that the service was poor and too loud. She became visibly upset and started talking about us in Chinese to her coworker.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful service and a peaceful meal.

Came here on a Thursday night and there was quite a lot of people dining in + coming to pick up take-out which is a sign that this place is good. Ordered several dishes to try:
–> Hot and Sour Soup (I was suprised to find Zha cai (pickled mustard plant stem) in their hot and sour soup which I’ve never seen anywhere else before — but the taste is still great! it just adds a tangy and mildly salty flavor)
–> Mongolian Beef
–> Shrimp Fried Rice
–> Mushroom with BokChoy
–> Siu Mai (6 pcs)
Everything was delicious! We definitely plan to come back + try out more of their dishes.

We went around 8pm on a Thursday night and at that time, we had no issues with parking.

Apologies for the blurry photos – I didn’t realize you cannot upload videos on here so I ended up taking screenshots of the video heh.

I stood at the counter for a good couple of minutes while the lady just ignored me. I ordered a to go bowl and when I open it up later, it was not at all what I ordered. The (incorrect) food that they gave me was not good either.

I should not have left a tip.

60 dollars for 3 dishes. the beef dish was 90 percent rough gristle and vegetable filler. The chicken dish was mostly breading. Salt and pepper pork chops were spongy and poorly seasoned.

Worst part was there was a turtle enclosure with dirty water and a poor baby turtle that looked like it was on the verge of drowning because of how few places to perch it had available and how violent the water flow from the filter was. With no heat lamps.

Plenty of other places that give food twice as good for half the price nearby.

Headed for a lunch trip to Costco… wife got hungry and wanted lunch.

Note do not sit at the 4 top near the counter. People waiting to pay for take out will use unused chairs for their bags. The staff realized that people ordering takeout were crowding us so they moved us to a better table. Thank you!! But then they sat another party of 2 there once we vacated.

I ordered the minced beef over rice with egg. Plenty of food, really large portion of rice (at least 3 servings). Raw egg. Brown savory sauce. Tender sliced beef… not really minced, though. Just a really tiny bit of sliced greens, I think it was gai lon. You will need to mix the egg into the rice to partially cook it before diving in. Usually the egg is on top of but this was served with the egg in between the sauce and rice.

My wife ordered the beef stew wonton. The beef stew is tender. The wonton is mediocre….tasted frozen. The broth is really good. The broth is full flavor. I suggest dipping the wontons into the chili oil to mask some of the “flavor”.

Both of our dishes were not on the main menu, but were on the special menu they gave you. Note: there was a sign that said there is a $2.00 increase in price for dine in.

The men’s room is overall cleaner than most Chinese restaurants. It’s spacious but is used as a storage room. Someone forgot to flush though.

All of the staff I can see are masked and gloved.

We ordered takeout and it was a ton of food (5 dishes) for only $100. The takeout boxes were sooo heavy and full so we got our money’s worth but a couple dishes were lacking seasoning. There weren’t photos of the fried squid which we wanted to try, but sadly it was missing seasoning…not even a hint of salt was to be found. A couple dishes we did enjoy were the house special chow mein Hong Kong style and Mongolian beef.
