I tried to order chicken wings today from the 1417 location. That’s just a short distance from where I live and they told me they couldn’t deliver it that I’d have to call the other Domino’s that’s farther away. So I just ordered it through DoorDash.
The picture they show of the chicken breast that’s chicken fried looks like a reasonable size but when you get the order, it’s like tiny little Pieces. Don’t go there if I could give them zero stars I would Never again and that bill was outrageous
Domino’s I want you to know there’s plenty of other chicken wing places in the area and DoorDash goes to all of them. You just lost a customer forever.

This dominos is a GEM. Justin and his crew made our night. He’s a pro, made our pizzas better than ordered. So delicious. Toppings were very generous. Every time it says he’s making our pizza it exceeds our expectations. So a big shout out to Justin he’s the MAN. The guy working the drive thru was awesome as well. He didn’t find a cold 2ltr of coke next to the drive so he went to the lobby to get a nice ice cold one. He was very welcoming as well. Great experience that made my bad day turn great. Thank you 1417 dominos Justin and crew. Thank you very much 10/10

So I ordered a pizza tonight. It was supposed to arrive between 9 o’clock and 915. It was 920 and I called to check on it and was told that it was canceled because they tried to call us and didn’t have the right apartment number to apartment complex. We did not ever receive a phone call. Food was never delivered when I called them. They said they had voided it and they never actually voided it. It was still good so when I asked them if they just deliver it, they said no because they aren’t close enough to us, but they’re the exact same distance apart as the one we were actually supposed to order from again did this online not my problem and they were rude enough to hang up on me! Definitely done with Domino’s

Chloe was bomb. Order experience was phenomenal. All about the customer and not all that suggested sells shenanigans. Didn’t down sell either so stay of her!!! Gal needs a raise if you ask me. I live off Seminole rd. And would highly recommend this location over any other chain. To the managers and owners please recognize people like Chloe’s ability to get stuff done the right way. Awesome job Chloe and thank YOU!!!!!!!! Matter of fact this is 20 mins later, I just left and absolutely every single employee up there needs a raise Macey too!!!. All 5. Three out of the last four orders has resulted in one correct order. Two remakes due to dropping on floor. One wrong pizza made. No one tells you there is a problem. You only know when your tracker states it is ready.

This review is for the app. I am gluten sensitive, so the only crust I can eat is the gluten fee (small) pizza. We ordered a large hand tossed extravaganza and a small gluten fee extravaganza. Used 15% off entire order coupon and it only applied discount to the hand tossed!!! This will be our last Domino’s order.

Stop telling people a time when their order will be ready if you are NOT going to honor that time and we wait an additional 42 minutes. Staff needs to leave their attitudes at the door, just because a customer ask how much longer their food is going to take. We as customers understand you may be busy, but if you can’t handle a fast paced job; then move on.
