We were served flautas that tasted bad but we had spices and lemon but when I tried it with out the spices and lemon it tasted gross we went to tell the cook it tastes bad , we didn’t even want the money back we were simply letting them know and they tell us well why did you finish most of it , with an attitude. The heavy set women had a bad attitude didn’t deserve the tip but they force you to tip 18% minimum if you use a card .

First and last time going to this location. I’ve been going to antojitos for years and always get the same thing, tacos alambre. I told the cashier no onions, she proceeded to tell me “ no vienen con cebolla”. Ta bueno. I didn’t want to argue with her because…. Well she works there, right. When they brought me the food, guess what was mixed with the cheese, carne, green peppers and bacon? … yup, the cebolla. Whatever, I picked them out and ate the tacos. When I asked if the order came with papitas she said the order no longer comes with the order. Oh okay even though it’s still displayed in the restaurant and online. And when I told her the tacos do come with onions she wanted to argue with me saying no they don’t. I showed her my plate where I picked out THE ONION. Poor customer service and quality of food went down.

I order flour tortillas and got the regular kind. Overpriced tacos with no cheese or avocado,soggy unseasoned fries. They give you the smallest cups they have. Enmoladas we’re soggy as well and the tortilla was old and hard to cut with the plastic fork provided. Never coming back again. Paid 25 for to sub par meals.

I ordered some flautas and started to eat and one of the toothpicks they use to make the flutes stuck in my palate and I called the waitress and she told the cook and they didn’t say anything or apologize and I have blood in my mouth be careful if you eat there in Antojitos Mexicanos because you can die of suffocation

We walked in, and there was a young lady sweeping. She didn’t look happy about being there. We sat down and she brought us a menu, and said she would be back to take our order, there was not one other customer in the place, it took her five minutes to come back out and then kept sweeping. It was obvious the AC wasn’t working because it was stuffy and hot. We ended up walking out, not worth our time. I can’t say if the food was good or not, but the service was awful.

My rate would be a 5, I like to eat there yet they recently changed service. Before we would order at counter, pay and enjoy our food. Now we sit, they take order and we then pay. There are times when they only have one cashier and she must do, the greet at table, place order and chase customer to pay because we were so used to having payed already. Why change a service that was working. If you are going to change service at least hire more staff.

Waited over an hour to get part of our food and another 20 for the last plate. The food was cold and needed salt/flavor. The last person to get their food asked for their money back, which he got. I think part of the issue had to do with being understaffed. We don’t plan on returning.
