It’s okay they skimp on seafood pho 3 pieces of tiny bay scallops and 2 shrimp. Not really impressed. The soup was refreshing overall. They should have on display the size of their small and regular less frustration for the cashier to show the sizes.

I really enjoy the simple yet delicious food Rice Paddies has to offer. It’s a great place to grab pho in Bethesda probably the only place in this vicinity. My friends and I always go here for a quick warm bite to eat. They have vegan options too.

This place used to good but has since drastically fallen in quality. I’m sorry if the pandemic affected their bottomline but that’s no excuse for serving low grade food to customers. Ordered noodle bowl and tofu salad. Both were absolutely rank, coming with absolutely destroyed tofu and old tasting chicken/noodles. Sadly, you’ve lost a customer for life. NEVER again.

The food is decent but a bit skimpy on the veggies for the pho soup and they charge extra for .50 for the chili sauce. The place smells a bit, tables are sticky and it needs some updating. Dirty walls in spots and bathroom smells some. The staff keep the place going with the consistent food but owner needs to put some love into the place and repaint it and clean it up a bit. Air conditioning wasn’t working and not that comfortable inside. The ice machine was also broken. Please show your customers some love and make the place more enjoyable and comfortable.

If you are looking for cheap and fast food this is a good spot. I got pickup and the food was hot and freshly made. I wasn’t thrilled with the flavor but maybe I should have got something else. My delivery bag didn’t come with utensils even though I asked if they’d were in there when I picked up, which was a little annoying.
