Family and I ordered almost 200.00 worth of food (6) Large Oxtails on 4/1/2026 food was good portions was on the small side for what we paid. Just wanted to reach out to the owner to say if a loyal customer spends almost 200.00$ at once supporting your business at least offer a juice water or something minor for free to show the appreciation! Not a good look for a business. And please don’t make the portions any smaller it’s very expensive for the portion size

I was genuinely disappointed. This was my first time going to Golden Crust and it will be my last.
The restaurant was completely empty when I arrived, yet I waited nearly 10 minutes before being acknowledged. For a take-out establishment with no customers inside, that delay was unexpected.
When I was finally assisted, the interaction felt rushed and indifferent. There was little effort made to provide even basic customer service.
I ordered a Goat & Potato Roti dinner along with two additional pieces of roti. The dish I received did not match what is typically described or expected. Instead of a properly assembled roti dinner, I was given a small container with a minimal portion of goat, no potatoes, and the roti wrapped separately in plastic wrap.
The portion size was extremely small for the price charged, and the overall presentation did not reflect good value.
Unfortunately, the combination of inattentive service and disappointing portions left me feeling that the experience did not justify the cost. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both service and consistency.

Only issue i have at this place is the spinach patties are never fresh, they taste old and hard. Apart from that I have no issues. Servers can be more pleasant also instead of looking angry at the world.

Went to get a patty and decided to get a meal. Reach home and began to eat only to taste the goat being so salty I couldn’t enjoy my meal. Couldn’t take it back because the snow storm was coming called and speak to a worker (Nicole) who didn’t even apologies and would tell me I’m the only one to say it is salty. She didn’t even apologize or say I would go taste and see. Very bad Customer service and i will not be participating in their meals maybe the beef patty only.
