Food has always been good, both for eating in and takeaway, but wait times can vary considerably without warning. Our last visit meant a very long wait for main courses. Service varies a lot too; some staff are lovely, others make you feel like a burden. It was also freezing in there during our last visit (December); I couldn’t bear to take my coat off.

Pre ordered at 4.19, so that our order would be one of the first if not the first order to be processed, as we eat at 5. Doesn’t open until 5pm delivery for 5.45. we don’t often get food delivered we would collect. At 6.10 I called to ask about the food, I was told it has not gone out for delivery yet!! The man was rude and wanted me off the phone, I enquired how long he said 20-30 minutes, which shocked me as the food was ordered such a long time before. Our food arrived 30inutrs later, the chips we pretty much cold as was the korma. We received no apology for the delay, not even an extra poppadom as a way to apologies. Will not be ordering again. Really disappointing.

Apart from forgetting to give us the onion etc that goes with the poppadoms, the whole experience was brilliant.
Friendly on the phone and in person, curries were really tasty and perfect temperature etc.
Will def go back again when next in the area.
