This rating is based off of the phone conversation with the agent. I wanted to use the coupon code and was told a coupon code could not be placed online if paying with cash. I was told that I could use the code at the restaurant before payment…that was a lie! I then called back Little Caesars customer service and told them what happened, they apologized, and told me that they were transferring me over to an agent. I waited for an agent, only to be hung up on (call dropped I guess).I didn’t want my money back, just a credit for a future purchase. It was for 50% off any bread, which we ordered the Italian cheese bread.

I will not return. Food made incorrectly, without gloves, or washing hands. Asked if my order could be remade, i was denied that. Even though the customers that ordered after me were able to get their order remade due to the same reasons. Asked for a refund, was supposed to receive it within 7-10 business days. Never received it. Called the bank, the refund wasn’t received. Never again. Please take your money somewhere else. This place should be closed down permanently. SAF!

Ridiculous amount of pepperonis and burned bread. Ordered through the app and waited a bit. I would have waited longer for edible breadsticks and a pizza without 100 pepperonis

Great customer service. Food was hot and fresh. By far the best Little Caesars in the are. I will continue to drive further to go to this one than the ones that are closer.

Bad experience haven’t been to one in 30 years girl at the counter was High was falling asleep at counter then menu was all confusing asked her why 3 meat pizza was cheaper then my stuff crust pepperoni was just bad.

Pizza portal is a genius idea. Put in your code and grab your hot delicious pizza and go. Pizza was delicious and an amazing value. Will come here more often.

The WORST Little Caesar’s EVER make me wait for 30 min. And only 30 min because I started complaining and ask for a refund. They started placing the order on the coold table and I end with an incomplete order of burned pizza and Crazy bread.
