I live in West Texas where we have several Seven Brew locations, and they never seem to disappoint until now. I stopped by the Alice location and ordered my usual a large iced Blondie with only three shots, cold foam, and caramel. Unfortunately, this drink was nowhere near the Blondie I’m used to.
It tasted completely off almost like the espresso, ice, milk, and flavoring were added in the wrong order. I know they recently trained on smaller drinks (I even remember when you were giving out drinks for free during training), but maybe the baristas haven’t had the same practice with larger drinks yet.
I really wanted to like this location, but this one just missed the mark. Hoping the consistency improves soon because Seven Brew is usually one of my go-to daily spots.also please do t give me that auto response to email customer service, please actually train them on large drinks! Actually if you are management go in order one and try it for yourself.

Absolutely LOVE seven brew! One of the workers that stood out most to me was Madison! She was so sweet and took my order really fast! She got my exact drink and didn’t mess up on it! So glad to have workers that love doing their job!!

I go to 7Brew daily and absolutely love all the girls who work there; they’re always so kind and welcoming! But I had an especially amazing experience with Daniella B. She’s super sweet, very helpful, and made my visit feel extra special. Her positive energy really stood out. Thank you, Daniella, for going above and beyond! Very happy that 7 Brew is in Alice! I loved my White Chocolate Mocha Chiller! The 7 Energy drink was also really good with Razorberry flavoring. The line looked long but the service was super fast!

Definitely a great addition to Alice. The drink selection is excellent, taste delicious and the price is pretty dam good! Yesterday Kristen was the lady who attended to us and she was GREAT! She got all 4 orders done quickly and correctly. They always play good jams on the loud speaker no need for a radio when ur in line! If your a coffee, energy or smoothie lover I absolutely recommend 7brews in Alice

I am absolutely addicted to 7brew lol. Emily is such a sweetheart. All the employees are so wonderful and energetic.
I had never tried 7brew until about a week after opening in the Alice location. I’m hooked, my favorite is the iced cinnamon roll. Customer service is always wonderful, Vanessa has always been a doll with a smile on her face and friendly conversation.

When they first opened it was 5 stars. Now it’s constantly something wrong with the order which seems impossible because my orders are tied to my number with specifications. Watery cocoa missing drizzles and syrups like 5 times in a row. I don’t even drive back through and I let it go. So that’s what reviews are for. I’ll still come back but I never know if it will be good, mediocre or a complete waste that gets thrown in the trash because the quality and accuracy is not consistent. Retrain the baristas. They’re not consistently following orders, measurements and recipes. Also, wiping everyone’s drink down with the same towel, drink after drink makes every cup sticky.
