Ordered pizza just now and went to pick up in drive thru window and when I got home I had a burned pizza. Called up there and spoke with the manger on duty (Shaylyn) how ever u spell her name and she told me to bring the pizza back. As I was showing her the pizza she told me that it wasn’t burned pizza at all n I had to explain to her that I’m come here a lot of times and order a lot from here due to it being close to my house. N I have NEVER had any problems but today…… I asked for corporate number and she told me that she didn’t have it. I just would like to say next time there is a way to handle it a little better lil mama is all. But I hope this teaches u a lesson. I was buying for my mother that couldn’t chew crunchy food. On top of it all I was sick with Covid n had to bring pizza back up there and get out my car just to complain about something that should have been right in the first place

Pizza is steadily going down hill. If you call in they all seem in their own world, almost dazed. There’s no sauce on either pizza we ordered. My buffalo chicken pizza had no buffalo sauce and they added bacon….I didnt ask for bacon. I used to order dominoes once a week now I hardly bother. Id rather drive to lake jackson to get pizza hut.

Ordered online and was given window pickup time of 9-14 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later to window and was asked to pull around front as they got “slammed” and it would be out in a couple minutes. After 52 minutes from when I placed my order and waited, I called the store and was notified it just came out of the oven and she brought it right out. Never received any apologies from staff, only excuses. Management should learn how to properly staff for dinner rush and should teach his employees how to respond to customers. Btw food had obviously been under the heat for awhile.

Short Hispanic lady, blue tatto on her neck. Glasses. Worst employee I have ever experienced, customer service was horrible. She seemed overwhelmed and as a server I know how that is. But I still treat my GUESTS with a smile and greeting. Never left the window open long enough for me and my husband to say the name for the order, it was ana. She kept thinking it was amber. Lol dude! We all have bad days. Breath and be positive. It’ll all get better. Pizza was awesome tho as always, (:
