I’m leaving a public review since the food delivery apps will not let you criticize this establishment on their platform. My wife and I are sick as all get out and not able to travel out for a meal. We ordered two bowls and one chip, nothing excessive nor fancy. My double meat bowl was so light the food didn’t even cover half of the fork tines in depth. My wife’s chicken bowl had 7 total pieces of chicken in it. The food was cold, the rice was undercooked, the bowls were light and the price is outrageous for this level of poor quality. I tried going through the app and they won’t approve nor post my review of this establishment. Both DoorDash and Chipotle should be ashamed of the scam they are running from this establishment. What I high priced, neatly wrapped rip off. Unfortunately I only have one photo saved to my phone.

Just got home. Opened my bag and they didn’t even fill my side of guacamole. If I wasn’t so tired I’d go back and ask them to fix it. I went to pay after telling her everything I wanted in my bowl. Now I got to watch you make everything from now on. Definitely didn’t get my money’s worth! Please train your employees to do what’s right!

Got 3 bowls and drinks for only 35$ GREAT PRICES. Bowls were STACKED with food and great quality. So flavorful and great staff, they let us sample the chicken el pastor which was amazing. The employees were all polite and fast. We sat at the clean table with a great window view. 10/10 GREAT SERVICE!!!! The manager wasn’t stubby, she was amazing. The cook as well I’m not sure his name but hes skinny and dark skin, loved him and his efficiency! ❤️❤️

This store is doomed! The employees are overworked and understaffed. I went to get a bowl today, and the store was dirty, from the dining area to the food on the line. When I asked if the line could be wiped down before my food was made, the employee made an ignorant face, like it was the end of the world that I wanted my food made on a clean surface. Sadly, I don’t blame the customer employees. The root of the issue is the GM of the store. She is a short and stubby Hispanic lady, very disrespectful and rude. I’ve watched her yell at and disrespect her employees countless times. She needs to be removed; she does not belong in the customer service industry. When I tried to call the business card number of the GM, Letticia Valeria, multiple times, the phone was immediately hung up. Hopefully, corporate can get this store together.

This is a consistently bad Chipotle.
Chips are always stale
Ingredients go bad and they use them anyway.
Every time we order there is 1 or more items missing.
Often times the burrito, quesadilla or tacos we order have entirely incorrect ingredients despite the white label that clearly states the ingredients.

There is no standard here. Is there a management team anyone that oversees quality? I mean you will never get what you order.

It’s disappointing to visit this Chipotle location. I’ve been here several times, and while the food is good, the general manager consistently treats the employees poorly. At first, I thought I had just come in during a stressful moment, but today I witnessed the same rude behavior from Ms. Letticia Valerio toward her staff.
I plan to reach out to higher management because this situation has gone on long enough. She is not the right fit for a leadership position, and her behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant.

I recently went to Chipotle, and while the food was delicious as always, the experience took a turn for the worse when I visited the restroom. To my dismay, there was throw-up in the bathroom! Concerned, I approached an employee to let them know about the mess. The response I received was quite shocking: “Yeah sorry an employee threw up but wasn’t allowed to leave.” This is completely unacceptable! The GM needs to be better at ensuring both customer satisfaction and the well-being of their employees.

You go to Chipotle for Chipotle, and somehow they manage to miss the mark on the taste not sure what’s off but Chipotle generally tastes the same. I love it usually but this store we generally avoid because well they suck lol. Sorry to say it but we thought let’s give them another try no still suck. Somehow the rice was off the chips were stale and broken up ridiculous and the portion on the large bag was definitely not a normal large. The chicken I had was full of gristle, the fajita were just about raw. I mean they weren’t even hot. I mean I pretty much just had a salad. I don’t understand how you mess everything up in the line but congratulations. We will absolutely be avoiding your location from here out for good.

This chipotle is hit or miss, but recently it’s been all miss. Ordered food on their app at 11am (store opens at 1045am) said pick up at 1110. I got there at 1110 in the drive through. Sat there for 20 minutes with 1 car in front of me. Decided to try my luck inside. Still took another 20 minutes to receive my food. I got home and MY FOOD WAS WRONG after waiting 30 minutes. Contacted them and they gave me a drink when they completely screwed up my order. Not only that they were telling customers in line to go home because it’d be 30 minutes until food would be ready to serve.

30 days into my recovery from knee surgery and I’m craving clean, healthy food that someone else cooked.
First time I’ve ever ordered delivery from Chipotle and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delivered fast and it looked good and tasted great.
The bill, though, is a lot higher because of additional fees:
Delivery Fee for $1.00
Service Fee for $1.32
Driver’s Tip for $2.00
So I ended up paying over $18 for Chicken Al Pastor Salad. And it is so worth it!
Will definitely go back to this Chipotle restaurant after I’m allowed to start driving again.
