The service I get is not the same now that they changed owners. My card has been overcharged for merchandise that I bought. I was told the hoodie was $30 since it was the last size and shirt was 10 because I used my rewards points. I check my bank statement, I was charged $45.16 for the hoodie and 14.65 for the tired mom shirt. I was mad because I only boand let it go, but then I get my normal white nervana with breve after my bday. I looked and tasted it, didn’t look or taste like what I drink and the new manager says to my face yes it is with attitude. I asked her nicely to remake it. She did and I Said thats better thank you. So my mom and I ask what she did different and she said it’s the same as the first. Like come on lady really! The first drink didn’t look like it had breve and it was plain. But I made sure I tip 2 dollars for correcting it. Then other day I go and get a free drink and since I didn’t have a quarter she charged it to my card. Which I thought the ladies said they can’t run your card if it’s under $5. I don’t mind paying for breve but this new manager kara colors are showing. I hope it doesn’t happen to someone else because it’s not right. A lot of girls I know and knew who worked there never gave me a problem. I was a satisfied loyal customer for 12 years. I’ve met so many people Mallori knew me, so sad she left

This has been one of my go to stops for a few years now since moving to Washington. I always loved the girls working there, but there’s a newer person, a slightly older person who i just didnt have the best interaction with. I ordered the same drink I’ve been ordering for years now, ordered it exactly the same way I always have. Never have I had a problem with my drink before but today it was off. Something wasnt right. So I came back and she made it about how I apparently didnt order it correctly and she couldn’t have possibly done anything wrong. Uhm. Okay. She remade my drink, still. Its off. Not quite right. But she insists that she made it correctly.. not sure what was going on. Every other Barista has made it perfect and if something was off they corrected it, easy. With how expensive these drinks are I just want it made the same. Every other experience I’ve had here has been great, correct drink, sweet baristas. But this lady just rubbed me the wrong way. Ill also add, I ordered this exact drink yesterday and it was perfect, so I know how it should taste.

I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.

When we get coffee here it’s never the same price twice. Which is weird but it’s good coffee. My son likes the milkshakes and the blended coffees are really good as well.

Visiting this Avenue Espresso coffee stand is one of my favorite ways to start the day. Every barista is always so friendly! Service here is consistently top notch and the coffee & food are delicious. Honestly can’t recommend them enough.

I am so glad that I was introduced to Avenue Espresso! I’ve tried all the different coffee shops around Centralia and nothing beats Avenue. The quality is amazing no matter which location I visit. And I love the consistency between locations. I’ve gone to other coffee places such as Dutch Bros and they had close to zero consistency with the drinks due to the workers adding more than the reccomended amount unfortunately. But I have yet to have that problem with Avenue. I love getting an iced white chocolate mocha with raspberry, or the iced vanilla chai. So so good. Thank you guys for such quality and delicious drinks. You have a customer for life!

The ladies at Main Street Avenue go above and beyond to do their job! They are so kind, efficient, and caring. The prices are amazing compared to any other shop. My family spend a lot of time and money going to get drinks, and Avenue on Main Street is always the best. They don’t rush you through, they remember who you are, and ask about stuff going on in your life. Even my car seems to approve, because every morning when I get in to take kids to school, it’s always trying to send me to Avenue on Main. Customer service is a hard hard job, and they are always happy, engaged, and give 100% to the customer!!
