Tried it one more time and still wont get it right. Do the employee make the BBQ sauce …..I let them know i wanted Bbq and I am aware it cost extra. Thanked myself for checking my bag before leaving drive thru employees are so rude and disrespectful. I am not sorry you decided to fill out an application at WENDYS and got hired. Im am happy for your success ***Penelope of how many people you are rude to. Ill keep coming and Ill help you get them bag orders right. If you dont wanna work at Wendy’s then leave, thank you next. At least Issac was a gentleman.

It’s against their policy to fill the frosty up all the way when they short pour (not filling up the cup). The man at the drive thru tells me they can’t do it, even when asked by the customer to do so. For a $13 meal, I’m hoping for better next time. Seems saving on minimal costs is more important than a great customer experience.

Yo I went there on Tuesday 10/21/25 and the sweet and beautiful manager lady with the great locks and glass, and laid back guy with the ponytail working the night shift did an amazing job of customer service. They were polite prompt and attentive and I think they deserve a raise or reward for their excellent service.
I told her I’d promise to do a survey, but I loathe the receipt.

Wanted to send a some appreciation to the morning crew at Wendy’s #13098. I believe it’s under Jaime’s management. I go through here early am otw to work & have a tight schedule. They’re all always attentive & help get my coffee & breakfast to send me on my way for the day. It’s by far my favorite Wendy’s location & their food always tastes like it was just prepared! Thank you to the entire team!

0 stars. Attitude is to a level 10000000. We placed an order online and decided to pick up through drive thru and they made us GO INSIDE. Easily they could have given us our food through the window. Walked in and my order was sitting on the counter. Made me park and walk inside when we could have been done and over with this whole situation from the beginning.

My husband and I were starving and haven’t had a good mealall day and decided to stop here.
Staff was very friendly but once we sat down to unwrap our burgers we were completely shocked.
My husband got a burger that he was excited about but once he open the wrapper he was fuming.
$6 for a burger that looked just like mine from the cheap menu. Fries were cooked in a shared oil which tasted like fish and we’re undercooked. We took most our food back. Never again will I eat at this location or Wendy’s for that matter!

Good food as expected. Friendly customer service. Nice clean establishment. Fries were hot and fresh. Kid meals available. I really like their soda dispenser with so many options. Wheelchair accessible. Will come again.

I’d never been to Wendy’s until April 2021 when my son wanted to try their hamburger and fries. We order $5 Biggie Bag which includes includes the Bacon Double Stack, four-piece chicken nuggets (Spicy or Crispy), small fries, and a small drink. Total cost for all four items cost $5.36. My son loved it and so did I. Brianna, the cashier, is super sweet and always makes us feel really welcome! Thanks Wendy’s for building a new location on Litchfield Park.

By far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointing experience with staff management at this location. Costumer service is a BASIC expectation for fast food and this location lacks it. If you do not want to work or don’t like your job then do not be there no one is making you! Stop taking it out on customers
