You gotta be honest when reviewing a place like Fat Mo’s. Bang for your buck you won’t find much better than this place. I ordered the lil Mo burger and it was around $5 and it was better than a lot of burgers I’ve paid $12+ for. Very good place and I assume the rest of the menu is as good value. I came here about a month ago for some quick food and the service, food, and treatment by the workers was horrible.
I ordered 1 chicken tender meal. When I got to the window, I waited for a few minutes to even be acknowledged (only person in line). The guy who took my order thought I ordered 2 chicken tender meals, which I then corrected him and apologized for any mistake in our communication. He was really rude and pushy, asking if I wanted the second one or not, and I politely told him I just ordered one. I took accountability on my end and ended up tipping way more than necessary due to the miscommunication, even though it really wasn’t my fault. The guy was short and dismissive the rest of the time.
When I finally got my food, every chicken tender looked like the guy preparing the food shoved his thumb through them. Literally every single one. I’m still stunned to this day that they did this. Seriously, don’t go here. They really don’t give a shit about quality and they’re vengeful.

20 hamburger but wait look at this almost no lettuce burt burger. Two nice enough foreigners running it now but prices have gone up food quality is way down still a terrible wait. Even though there’s not as many people coming as there used to be. All for good reason has gone way down hill cleanliness inside is questionable as well. The guy came out and took my order still didn’t get what I asked for and after paying $20 for a burger and fries and then they want to ask for a tip even pass a tip card out for you to sign I mean come on people we’re not coming to this place because it had the best burgers but at least it used to be reasonable.

I waited about 30 minutes for my food and I was asked how I wanted my food three times, nothing was written down on the order ticket to Keep track of what I said. My order was regular fries not seasoned a Pepsi and for my burger was mustard, pickles and onions only.
And this is what I received but after a 30 minute wait and going over my order three times, I was stupid enough not to check it as I have been coming to this establishment for years but I guess things have changed.
Higher prices and worse service . Fries were good though, drink was too watery I tossed it and the burger too as I don’t eat mayo as you can clearly see from the pic.

So there are now better burger places and the lack of cheese for .75 extra cent is ridiculous. Just want pics so u know what u getting into. Mr. Burger is way better and cheaper
