WORST CARIBOU location in this area. The customer service is beyond terrible, when you attempt to try to speak to management, they will LITERALLY HANG UP ON YOU & LAUGH ABOUT IT. Also, they can’t take orders correctly, via the drive-thru or in person.
I also want to add, they literally lie about their names when you do try to complain. I had to call the Hanson Blvd/Gateway Drive location which is WONDERFUL to speak to a manager. I will literally drive the extra miles to that location to get my coffee moving forward.
Do better with your staff, and “management” and I’d suggest in your training process, you add a lesson of professionalism.
I’d like to also had I spend, substantial amount of money at Caribou.

I order an ice turtle mocha blended through the app and in less than 5 mins it was ready. Which I thought it was kind of fast. It was surprising to me cause I did not get enough whip cream, I think that’s what goes on top.

This location in Ramsey is known to close early. I was in the drive thru 3 minutes before close at 7 and the front of store had open light on and no answer so I drove around front made it inside before the door was locked and light still on saying open and they refused to serve me and was rude about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
