There was a mess of napkins on the floor in front of the soda machine. I guess a customer did what they could to soak-up a mess. Staff should’ve had time to take care of it before the Sunday-after-church crowd arrived. The mess was there before we arrived and the crowd came after we sat down.
We were VERY Satisfied with the volume of ingredients on our sandwiches! I wish our Subway in Crestview wasn’t so stingy with their portions.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star—Only Because Zero Isn’t an Option
If you’re looking for overpriced, skimpy sandwiches served with a side of attitude, then Subway in Perry, FL, is the place for you! Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
First off, the prices are outrageous. Subway used to be an affordable option, but not here. They’ve jacked up the prices so high that most locals can’t even justify eating here anymore. A simple sandwich now costs as much as a sit-down meal elsewhere, and for what? A handful of shredded lettuce and one sad, thin slice of meat?
Speaking of that, this location is ridiculously stingy with ingredients. You practically have to beg for an extra tomato slice or a full portion of anything. It’s like they’re rationing food for an apocalypse. Want double meat? Sure—if you’re willing to take out a loan.
The customer service is just as bad. The employees act like they hate being there and take it out on the customers. Eye rolls, sighs, and general rudeness seem to be the standard. Don’t bother asking a question or requesting something special—they’ll either ignore you or act like you’ve personally insulted them.
To top it all off, they don’t accept coupons. That’s right—those Subway deals you see online or in the mail? Useless here. So not only are you overpaying, but they also refuse to honor the promotions that other locations accept.
This place is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere that actually appreciates its customers.

The staff is friendly & efficient. The food is, well Subway food, but was fresh. The management obviously has dropped the ball as they were out of several drink choices and a couple of vegs. But the hard working staff quickly made decent sandwiches.

Honestly, the employees (the prepper moreso than the finisher/cashier) seemed not to be a people person or doesn’t actually like her job. She wasn’t rude but she definitely wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. If that kind of thing matters to you as much as it does me, then steer clear of this location.

New Update: been back a few times. Not many options in Perry for a sub. The sandwich artists are great. The manager skips out everyday at lunch and leaves only two people to take care of the lunch crowd including online orders. Holy smokes that’s rude and horribly poor leadership. Obviously the manager doesn’t care about store profits. Everyday folks won’t come here because it’s too long of a wait. I hope a regional manager sees this and does something. We wonder why we can’t find good employees, maybe you need to treat the ones we have well.
Update: Same service as before. Last two visits Jackie made our subs… Holy smokes, put a smile on that face and pretend that you care. I understand the country is going through difficult times, but I’m also paying more for my sub… I still deserve a hello and a how can I help you. Albeit few, I still have choices to eat elsewhere in Perry.

This establishment is letting fraudulent online purchases and transactions flow through their store. I live in Huntsville, Alabama, don’t even know where Perry, Florida is, and I’ve had multiple orders for the SAME items for the past two consecutive days process through my Subway app. The orders are being placed for pick up at this Perry, Florida Subway, and they are letting them come in, pick up these orders and get away with it!! I have tried to call to report this to the employees at this location, but they REFUSE to EVER answer the phone. >> It is also possible that they are making these fraudulent transactions themselves, because this is all highly suspicious. I am reporting them to the authorities. I’d advise everyone to stay away from this location and please DELETE YOUR SUBWAY APP OFF OF YOUR PHONE. They have been hacked and are using your debit and credit cards for transactions.
