I just wasted my entire lunch break standing in line watching menu items drop like flies. If you don’t have enough food , don’t bring the truck to a such a large building . I waited for 25 minutes, and had to change my mind on what I wanted 3 times , to STILL be told ” sorry we’re out “. Never had a worse food truck experience in my life. I’ll probably get better service at Taco Bell later.

Food was being prepared from a microwave. Cuban sandwich was a joke (missing pernil). Food preparer was also the cashier and didn’t even say thank you and I had to ask if he was taking orders because he was busy yet he made no acknowledgement that I was waiting for my order to be taken. Save your money and go to a real Spanish food place! Definitely not with your money!

This was, by far, some of the worst Latin food I’ve ever had. Please disregard the owner’s explanation about the sandwich press. I personally witnessed French fries being placed in a microwave to melt the cheese, and the fries were clearly pre-packaged. Additionally, the kettle potato chips were served straight from individual bags.
The Cuban sandwich was especially disappointing asit was essentially just a ham and cheese sandwich with none of the flavor or preparation one would expect.
This was the first food truck I’ve ever visited where the grill wasn’t even in use. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow, largely due to a lack of organization, as the owners struggled to match orders with customer names.
Rather than making excuses, I strongly suggest putting some amor into the food because when it’s done right, the food should speak for itself. This experience falls well below even a one-star rating.
